Not a ton of vegan options, but I was able to build a fully plant-based 50g protein shake with soy/almond/coconut milk choices, which I appreciated. Staff was friendly and super fast (definitely an in-and-out pre/post workout vibe), though vegan nutrition knowledge seemed a bit limited. Prices felt reasonable, and while it wasn't a standout experience, it's solid for convenience -- I'd likely pop back in when I need something quick. Around a 3.5 experience for me.

I don't go to Sprouts often, so when I entered the store I was a little overwhelmed. A kind young lady sensed my hesitation when I walked into the store and immediately greeted me with a smile. She said her name was Jayla and she asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I told her I was looking for the meat products. She smiled and led me to the meats. She told me to find her if I needed anything else. I continued to look around the store for a while and decided it was time to check out. I was pleased to see Jayla once again! She bagged my groceries wonderfully and happily. Jayla is an articulate and kind young lady who is always willing to help customers and ensure that they are satisfied. She goes above and beyond in the work place and I find this is a quality that a lot of young folks lack. Not once did Jayla make me feel like I was bothering her. I hope that Sprouts recognizes what a lovely worker she is!! Keep up the good work Jayla!!!

I found this spot tucked away in a Fry's plaza honestly surprising since I've been in the area…read moreplenty of times and never noticed it before. I stopped by on a Saturday night to finally check it out. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the trompo right away, which is always a good sign. I stepped up to the counter and was greeted with a warm smile from the young lady up front. After looking over the menu, I ordered two tacos de tripa and two tacos de suadero. She asked if I wanted the tripas extra crispy I said no. I also asked how they prepare the suadero since I didn't see a choricera, but she wasn't sure. When the food came out, the tripas were a letdown. The texture was off, almost like a stale chip, and they were clearly overcooked. I asked if I could swap them for something safer, so I went with asada instead, but that didn't impress either. It didn't taste very fresh. Now here's the reason you should come to Tacos Chilangos: the suadero. Even though it's not cooked the traditional way, it was absolutely delicious. Perfect meat-to-fat ratio, super flavorful, and easily the standout. The guacamole salsa was top tier. I kept going back to that one over the others. All in all definitely stop by to try the suadero as for as the other two I'd would probably give them a second try.
