I told them we would only be late 7min tops and they had already rescheduled my daughter's appointment too. I asked Gloria that there is no why only 7min for the first time would cause such a drastic issue. I am very unhappy with the way they treated us. We got there 6min late and they took us in. How ridiculous and insensible customer service. It's funny how sometimes they can make us wait for 20min but could not wait for us for 7 minutes.

From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was welcoming, kind, and reassuring. In the chair, Dr. Martin showed such compassion and patience that I've never experienced at any dentist before. Her bedside manner is incredible. You can feel her genuine passion for her work and her care for her patients. I was especially nervous about the needle, since it has always been a huge fear for me. But I honestly didn't feel a thing. I was blown away. For the first time in my life, I left a dental appointment not in tears of fear, but tears of relief and gratitude. But instead the newer girl booked me without question. Another was so strung out on caffeine, I swear I never saw him blinked. So when I found CS Dental Associates many years ago, I never wanted to go anywhere else. I even commuted in to see my dentist when I lived in downtown Chicago. They have several dentists working here, and I actually saw a few of them for various reasons (maternity leave, vacation, etc.) I was nervous every time they made an appointment for me with a new dentist, but they have all been great. They give me the play by play while they're working in my mouth, which helps me stay calmed and informed. In the recent couple of years, they were able to assign me a regular dentist. This is nice since he knows my history and I am comfortable with him. The staff is friendly, the office is clean, and there's a TV in the waiting room. It's conveniently located a few doors down from Jewel, so I can get my grocery shopping done at the same time. Hooray to efficiency!
