Dr. Busch and his entire staff were the most cheerful (without being fake) of any medical office (or any other sort of office) I know. Facilities were modern, pleasant, and had a pleasant place to wait for parents. Working out appointments which fit neatly in our family's crazy schedule was painless. I also received a reminder call/message before each appointment, which helped us never miss and appointment. Well done Dr. Busch and staff! (I'm not sure why this review says I'm from San Fran. I had complicated teeth that went through Invisalign and a short stint of braces. Dr. Stache was there to answer all my questions, reassure me of the process, and ended with a FANTASTIC RESULT! He is extremely motivated to get you the smile you have always dreamt of! I asked a friend of mine who is a general dentist who I should see about having my teeth corrected again, after failed tries in the past and he recommended dr Wardell. From the first phone call I was overwhelmed with the amount of professionalism and care that his office staff took with my individual case. They made me feel that my goal for the "perfect " smile was reasonable and doable. They spent valuable time with me going over treatment options and costs. His staff is just a delight to work with. They always greet me with a smile and are excited to see my results, maybe more excited then me! Lol. That being said we decided to give Invisalign another chance but he promised that if the Invisalign failed to give me the results I was looking for that he would put on the traditional wire braces and make sure my teeth were perfect before finishing the treatment. We agreed on a price and it was fair ( the price I paid was more then fair for what he has done for me. ) now all that being said the Invisalign failed to work for me so he did apply the braces. The office got me in for my apts for adjustments and even with covid they got me in when a wire was hurting me badly. They did it no questions asked. I have about 2 more weeks in metal braces and my last apt they will apply the permanent retainer and send me home with a new Beautiful smile. Their office is clean and they follow covid guidelines to a T. ( even thou it completely sucks to have to follow all the guidelines, they make it seem not so bad) this is a credit to dr Wardell and his fantastic office staff. I have been going to Dr. Cho every 6 months for the routine cleaning/check up for about 3 years…read morenow. She and her staff are wonderful!! Her staff are always pleasant and kind. They're very organized and offer great reminders in advance of the appointment. They're very up to date and use e-forms which help expedite the process when in the office. Dr. Cho herself is wonderful! She adds details to the appointment that help me informed about my oral and dental hygiene. She may comment on tongue, saliva, etc. in addition to the teeth, which helps me know my own health and shows she's paying attention well! She explains everything and remains very honest with regards to if a procedure is absolutely necessary or not. I trust her judgement and expertise. Very happy with Dr. Cho and her office!!

There's a clear disconnect between how they present themselves upfront and how things actually run behind the scenes. Another huge red flag is how often the staff changes. Every time I've been there, it feels like there's a whole new team. That kind of turnover says a lot, and it definitely affects the consistency of care. The doctor herself is very avoidant. It's hard to get direct answers or feel like your concerns are being taken seriously. On top of that, not even wearing loupes during procedures feels unprofessional and careless & especially in a setting where precision matters. The corona virus is going on so no toys but they had tv's on. 1 had paw patrol and the other frozen. Last fall I took them to my dentist and my son cried the whole time so they never looked in his mouth so I thought it might be better to go to a kids dentist. Also, my daughter I am sure she will need braces soin and they have an orthodontist there. My son did great and he went first too! He was actually excited to go and maybe its bec he is a year older? But he did really good. They were able to take xrays. They have a smaller camera where its easier to take xrays. They have tv on the ceiling so the kids like that! I loved the dentist she was so nice and great with kids and also a mom herself. We are going back in a few weeks for sealant and an ortho consult for my daughter. As I sat with it I grew concerned because the treatment plan included sedation. Expensive and risky. I asked for the X-rays which they sent, but I also requested the plan be written up with a rationale and any other possible options. I'm not a medical professional and do not understand everything thrown at me in the office. There was a follow up phone call where the staff proceeded to tell me verbally the plan. I explained it was intensive and costly and I don't understand so I would like it written up and may seek a second option to make sure this was the right path. I was told they welcomed a second option but that my $1000 deposit was non refundable. I found this really disconcerting. I understand the need of a deposit but when there is genuine concern and you have to make decisions on the spot, I also think making it no refundable with prior notice is poor customer service which I expressed to them. They then sent me an email telling me "our professional bond had been broken". Very concerning for a parent looking to be more informed in making medical decisions for their child. First I felt pressured to agree, then I felt vilified for asking questions.
