Kindness When I Needed It Most…read more I had one of those "not now" days when my car broke down on the way to urgent care. While I was waiting for the tow truck, George from the Valero gas station noticed I was stopped in a dangerous spot and came over to check on me. Even though I wasn't there for service, he helped me move my car to a safer area and made sure I was okay. That kind of kindness is rare and meant so much in a stressful moment. Maria's Towing also arrived quickly, and the driver was incredibly friendly and professional. He checked the car, took photos, explained what he thought might be wrong, and made sure I stayed warm and dry in the truck while he loaded my car in the rain. Both George and the tow truck driver turned a really difficult day into something a little easier. I'm truly grateful for their help and compassion. For that, I trust this body shop (located on that one-way street attached to the old Motor Vehicle building) to do my repair work and any future repair work (hopefully none!) that I will need. His repair prices are very reasonable compared to other guys around the block (I've gotten an estimate for some work on my car from a few other places and DJs had the best value). I came to find out, that the very first person to enter my car, stole money from my center console. But that was the least of my concerns. When looking at the footage, one of the persons who interacted with my car, decided it would be okay to touch and pleasure himself right on camera as they were doing the work. Other individuals also smoked in my car, and touched and moved my belongings. This place and their workers are disgusting and no one should ever go here

Turns out, the front tires we're scraping against the new front bumper! I mean...really? Who doesn't check for clearance when installing body parts? Very unprofessional! On top of that, they had the audacity to charge another $42 before he would release the car! What pikers!!! They seem to make their living off insurance claims, but if you have to pay out of pocket, beware!

Update: got the car back, these guys really don't know what they are doing. Interior covered in…read moreoverspray, all my carbon fiber trim feels like sandpaper, water damage on door panels, paint work was crap. Carlos lied and said he did an alignment and all suspension was good but the control arms are still bent and car drives sideways. These guys charged my insurance $8500 for an $800 job and still didn't fix anything. Car is junk now....Oh boy there's so much more I can say but I won't. Just DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO NO LIMIT!!! They will tell you whatever you want to hear and will not deliver..... Hey Carlos, since you won't answer my texts and keep dodging me, how about a refund and I'll bring the car to someone that knows what they are doing. Car has been in the shop since April 15. Expected completion date was may 10. On May 14 Carlos says the car will be completed on may 15 and he will cover the cost of the additional rental days. On may 17 Carlos said the car was ready. Upon arriving to pick up the car, I noticed the car was not done correctly. Carlos agreed and said I couldn't leave with the car in that condition. Carlos claimed it would be ready in a week. On June 2nd I reached out for an updated date and received no response On June 6th I reached out again saying I just needed confirmation the rental was still being covered. Carlos stated it is and it will be ready in a week. On June 24 I reached out again for an update with no response. On July 3rd, today I called and Carlos said the car still isn't ready due to paint issues and will need two more days. Now it's August 13th and proceeding with legal action.
