They do a reserve and collect service which is separate to the Ocado home delivery service - look at their website. This particular branch is nice, clean, spacious and friendly. It's well located just off the northern side of the outer ring road, just off the A46. It has a petrol station but it can be dearer than others in the area, and there is rarely any problem parking. If you haven't been, give it a try - especially in the evening when there are always fabulous bargains to be had on short-dated items.
