Thomas and Dakota arrived early and motivated. They expertly packed the container for international shipment and loaded the Uhaul according to specific instructions I gave (to ease the unload in multiple locations). The loading ended up taking about 5 hours due to a miscalculation on my part, but they were still happy to help and tirelessly loaded all day. Throughout the loading they exercised care and respect for my home and belongings, and ensure items were securely loaded.

The owner even debated with me over some of the damage as the crew member denied it. We felt that they use nice polite workers that appear to work hard. However, there was no crew leader and it was a free for all loading and unloading our belongings. We had everything packed and marked as to where it should be placed in the new home, it just didn't happen 50% of the time unless we were on top of them constantly. Young guys that seem to have this as a way to make a living and no skin in the game, so to speak.
