3 days in a row wasted waiting for their estimator to show up, he never did. The first two days…read more "he forgot" and the third I asked again if he was going to show up. I was told "Yes" after a 09:00 am appointment. No call no show. Don't waste your time. I had used them before and the service was great. A friend used them and made the original recommendation. That was why they were my first call and I was understanding the first two days (things can get busy). But three days in a row with never a call from the estimator.... Totally unprofessional! Don't waste your time! Zero stars would be more accurate.
