Organizing a move is not something…read moreeveryone looks forward to, however, this company made the experience as smooth as possible.Communication was great from the beginning when it came to the estimate. On the day of the move, the team was on time, energetic, and ready to work. They really took care of my stuff! Everything big was wrapped up nicely in plastic wrap and blankets to make sure nothing gets harmed while in transit. They moved through tight corners and stairs easily. The crew was efficient and effective while also being respectful and considerate throughout the day. I received all my items at my new place not harmed in any way and it all came at a great price that was precise to the estimate. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a stress-free move with individuals who really care about your items!

The owner even debated with me over some of the damage as the crew member denied it. We felt that they use nice polite workers that appear to work hard. However, there was no crew leader and it was a free for all loading and unloading our belongings. We had everything packed and marked as to where it should be placed in the new home, it just didn't happen 50% of the time unless we were on top of them constantly. Young guys that seem to have this as a way to make a living and no skin in the game, so to speak. Having said all this, we enjoyed talking with them and actually was able to gift them quite a few pieces of belongings we couldn't keep and helped them personally. Good Luck as they continue to grow .

I confirmed through a couple of emails with Max and got all set up. The 2-man crew that came was a few minutes late because of a crash in the tunnel they had to come through but they texted ahead that they would be a bit late to keep me posted. They arrived about 15 minutes later than the scheduled time and quickly loaded the 30 heavy bags of yard debris that I needed removed. The guys were friendly and cheerful and were on their way after only a few moments. Totally happy with the experience and highly recommend their service.

The problem I was having is finding a local facility that I felt comfortable keeping my tools and building components at. Luckily this place just opened about a month ago and they have the best security I have ever seen in a self storage facility. Not only do they have cameras and a 24 hour gate access but they also have individual door alarms on every unit. This made me feel extremely safe about having my possessions stored here. The staff was very nice. The only thing that I did not like was that the buildings are a little close together and I think they could've probably spaced them out a little bit more. Other than that this place is awesome! You have to check out their on site dog named "Locker". He is so cute!

He stated 'I don't do that through messages or emails until finial price is agreed'. After I was adamant that he could send me any relevant policy details and/or questions he had to my email, he stated 'Appreciate the waste of time, thanks ' and quoted $1500 for removal of mostly cardboard/plastic from a 1 car garage through yelp. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Edit: since the owner decided to respond, let's clarify. 1. In order to send you any message on Yelp to begin with I had to fill out a form with details of the request. It is not my fault you did not read this before emailing me. 2. Insulting prospective clients over a mistake you made by not understanding how yelp requests work. Next time read more than the "any additional comments" section before acting unprofessional.
