It was detailed and complete, listing all materials needed and all of the instructions for moving (what goes, what stays, packing fragile items, etc. 2. The team arrived per schedule, on time and ready. They worked quickly and professionally, and I found them friendly and I observed them taking extra care of my goods as they were loaded on the van. 3. Unloading was quick, and I found them both responsive to my directions for where things needed to wind up, and in fact they created a storage scheme that allowed me to access my kitchen stuff (for instance) without a lot of shuffling and relocating boxes. It was thoughtful and considerate, something I had not even thought about when planning the move. BBG&T were great. They worked fast, were both professional and friendly, and make our move a smooth and trouble-free event. I am very satisfied, and would gladly recommend them without any hesitation.

I hired U-Pack and was immediately impressed by the customer service and the fact that I didn't have to deal with the dreaded A.I. robot machine that keeps the customer from reaching an actual living man or woman, rather I was quickly connected to a man or woman every time after a very. brief recording, and they were knowledgeable, super helpful, friendly and intelligent. Imagine that! Every step of the experience was handled professionally and efficiently, and the connected shipping companies U-Pack used on the east and west coast were really good and very helpful. I was a bit wary considering the low cost, but they did an incredible job and maintained wonderful communication throughout the planning and moving process. I was given a window of 8am-8:30am for the movers' arrival, and Corey, Tamarius, and Drew arrived right before 8:30am. They did an excellent job taking apart and wrapping my furniture and got everything securely into their truck within about two hours. The unloading was extremely fast and Tamarius kindly put together the furniture they took apart for transport (and even moved some heavy packages that were waiting for me upon my arrival to the new house). I noticed a few small nicks on my guest bed frame and on one of the legs of my kitchen table, but nothing extreme (and nothing a wood marker couldn't take care of). The vast majority of my furniture (including my beloved bookcases) made it in excellent condition. TLDR; I couldn't recommend GS Moving Solutions enough! They were easy to work with and did a wonderful job moving me across state lines.

They had no problems with switching our moving date because our closing date on our home changed. This is a long overdue review. We've moved a lot - even across the country, but this was one of the…read moreworst moves even though it was local. This was a big move with valuable furniture and art. The loading went OK since we had already packed everything except for the furniture and art. All the boxes we packed were labeled by room and contents. The damage was discovered after the move. If the Forman chosen for the job is not good your move will be expensive, difficult and there will be damage. The guys they sent worked hard but not smart because the Forman was inexperienced. He did not focus on priorities that would make the move smoother, He was in CYA mode the entire time. He pointed out minor flaws in a few pieces of furniture that we already knew about and acknowledged. The irony of all this CYA is that these movers or rather their forman deliberately hid damage that they caused. * They damaged the wall in the stairwell of the destination we moved into by gouging the drywall and chipping the paint. And said nothing. * They chipped the glass of an expensive dining room table top. And said nothing. * They spilled Gatorade on the carpet in one of the bedrooms, covered it up with boxes. And said Nothing. * At the destination they dropped boxes that were clearly marked by room just about anywhere and everywhere. We found boxes marked "Kitchen pots and Pans" in the garage. * They left Art sitting in the hot sun * We had specifically asked that the beds be unloaded and set up in the bedrooms as one of the first things upon arriving at the destination, to determine what other furniture would fit. This was repeatedly ignored. Instead they dragged their feet but kept asking where certain pieces of furniture were to go. The move ended up being much more expensive by 30%. Take this is a caution. Maybe if you're a student and you have inexpensive stuff - things like this will not bother you. But if you have things you care about. Maybe you can hire a company that can do better. Working with them was frustrating and in the end very expensive.
