It may be a good financial move for the Hospital, but a bad one for patients. I had ER surgery on my hand there. I requested that they release me, after numbing and immobilizing my hand, and waiting in the hallway of the ER for almost 2 hrs. because all of the rooms were being used to treat CONVICTS (I mean "inmates") ?? Dr.Endicott informed me that IF I left the ER, and did not agree to surgery at Sutter, MediCal would not cover the costs ? I addressed this issue with SA mgmt. and SH (Ann Platt) in an attempt to have corrective surgery performed there, by a more competent Ortho Hand Surgeon, but they declined to do the surgery. This after a "review: I had 2 Ortho Dr's (they work for SA ?) tell me, in writing , that the surgery was not done correctly, and needs corrective surgery ASAP. Fortunately, after 8 months of dealing with these clowns, I found a Hospital (Barton ,SL Tahoe) an Ortho Dr. I had an appt. with him last week, he scheduled surgery this week, arranged a PT Hand specialist....GREAT Hospital and Staff ! If you aren't bleeding to death ? I would suggest driving right by Sutter-Amador ! Dignity (Mark Twain) is 20 minutes down the road. *** BEWARE of Sutter-Amador, and esp. this "Dr."

My seemingly eternal, infernal back pains have forced me to explore a myriad of therapeutic…read moreoptions. When conventional medicine from my family doctor didn't work, I saw numerous masseuses, a chiropractor, an acupuncturist and even considered an expert in "hot stone" therapy. While traversing this maze of cures I spent some time at Amador Physical Therapy. The facility is basically one large room filled with exercise equipment and some adjoining smaller consultation rooms. I understood the concept of help through stretching and strengthening, but for the guidance I received and the exercises I was taught (many of which I perform already as part of my basic workout routine), I feel my money would have been better spent elsewhere. The staff was friendly, although their chattiness around the center island while surrounded by concentrating patients seemed a little unprofessional. After three weeks and hundreds of dollars, I left with little more knowledge than I came in with and almost no reduction in pain. I've since found a combination of chiropractic care and massage that works much better. My pain is almost completely gone. Physical therapy may work for some, but for me I needed other methods.

We both had fantastic experience with him and impressed with his expertise and wonderful bedside manners. I cannot speak for all that may had different experience with the doctor but it is NOT right to question the legitimacy of the factual and honest review due to our relocation to Texas. As another practicing doctor, I can confidently state that he has years of experience and knowledge(Dr. Swann teaches other dentists in the county for continuing education) and I am in awe of how much he knows about every single oral disorders and the latest treatment options out there. I have had a middle ear and cervical cysts removed and also mandible angle reduction surgery via total anesthesia by Dr. Swann. I was particularly nervous and the total anesthesia part, but the doctor was a pro, and before I knew it I woke up with a refreshed feeling with a minimal pain. Post op checks were done as well to ensure that I am doing great and healing fine. I highly recommend this oral surgeon.

I easily get them, He took out two teeth, and didn't do what he said, I got a dry socket, I called him after few days of pain and was told he was not going to be in the office until Monday and they prescribed me antibiotic, nothing for all the pain. They said call Monday and they would try to give me some times to come in. Dry sockets are very painful as toothache and ear ache all in once. I called in distress after pain all week, now been 8 days. I was told their computers were down and they would get back to me, I could not believe they just didn't have me come and take all the pain away. I called another Dentist and they took me right away. Left with very bad scarring and pain. Facelift Revision: April 2023 No improvement and scarring around ears got worse. Would not help and told me that there was nothing more he could do for me. Referred me to dermatologist for laser treatments to help scars. I visited a dermatologist in the same city, after I told him my story, he said, "this was Dr. Almonte wasn't it?" I asked him how he knew that and he said that he has seen many other patients of his with similar issues. He told me laser treatments could not help me and to see another surgeon for a revision. I am in the process of trying to get my face fixed and this will be a costly and long road ahead of me. I feel very sad, angry, tired and frustrated. Dr. Almonte is horrible, I feel abandoned.

Dr. Delgado explains everything and the nurses were just wonderfully kind. I am needle phobic, but Nurse Lorraine made it go painlessly and with such tenderness. I can't say enough about the excellent care I received for this colonoscopy. I am so happy I found Dr. Delgado and his wonderful office staff to get me through this procedure so easily and so painlessly.

I'm terribly depressed. I have had to stop exercising and I've gained weight now I'm diabetic. I blame it all on him. My feet never hurt that badly in the first place. He kept asking me after I had my surgery if they hurt as bad as they did before. I didn't know how to answer that question my feet never hurt that bad to be in with. He has been talking about that neuroma surgery for years.. and now nobody else wants to touch me as far as doctors go because I think they see that the grave mistake has been made and they don't want to get involved. My back hurts so I can't do housework. I can't stand for more than five minutes. I'm just really really hope, hopeless and helpless and pissed off as all hell I wish to God I would've filed some paperwork with the courts immediately as soon as I knew my feet were getting worse not better. And I've been to other orthopedic and this is not a matter neuroma is coming back. been told I have no neuroma. I cannot afford all of the the injections and more and more CT scans and MRIs or whatever the hell that I already did before the surgery.. I am now on disability.
