I did not have to wait more the 10mins to be seen. When I was called back I went straight to the Dr.s Office, not shoved in an exam room to wait for an hour. After he examined me, he went over all my question and explained in great detail what my options were. At the end of my appointment I was directed out to his patient care coordinator.
