When we had first walked-in, we were surprised to see how small the restaurant was. However, we then noticed that most of the guests were doing take-out as opposed to dine-in. We were able to find a table for four, which was perfect for us. When we walked-up to the front counter to place our order, we were greeted by a kind hostess, whom took our orders without any issue. We then sat down, and watched as our orders were being prepared. We had to wait about fifteen minutes for all of our meals to be ready. We were surprised to see that the margarita pizza had olives on it, despite not seeing it on the menu. However, we just scooped them off since my children didn't want to eat the olives. For the falafel and kabab wraps, we were surprised to see how large they were, and for only $10.00! The kabab wrap (which I had asked for without onions), had two large pieces of kabab, which filled the wrap, along with the sumac and tomatoes. I enjoyed how tasty the wrap tasted, along with how filling it was. My mother also commented on how delicious the falafel tasted. Considering the prices that we had paid, we certainly go our money's worth! The service was also excellent, as we were brought our wraps directly to our table, while the pizza was placed on the table near to our table. Everyone was kind and considerate, making our stay a pleasant one. There were so many menu items to choose from, it was hard to narrow it down. Will definitely be back to try other items the next time around!

Been quite a few times and tried a selection of their manakeesh; cheese, zaatar, falafel, labneh,…read morespinach, supreme and chicken zinger. I like the 4 in 1 which allows you to sample different toppings at once. It's become my most preferred. The bread is doughy but depending on the option(s) picked, it may fall apart. Service is good. They pump out orders rapidly even when busy. Rarely do they miss ingredients, but rectify those errors. I've dined in more than take out. For a small establishment, it seems to be doing well. Draws in crowds at times. Food is prepped in front of you. Area is clean. Toppings are generous, as are the staff. The washroom is also clean and adjacent to the checkout counter.

3.5 Star Marjane…read moreCafe is more than a Moroccan cafe. Aside from food and drinks, it also a Moroccan home deco and furniture store. There is no official opening hours for Marjane Cafe... no where in the front of the stores or online. The sole owner, cashier, food server just opens whenever there are customers?! But on weekend he keeps the cafe opens till past midnight. Moroccan Mint Tea ($5) served in a large tea pot with just a taste of honey was quite good, wish there are more minty though! The little puppet like tea pot handle cover was just so too cute!! I couldn't stop playing with it! For food.. we just asked the owner to serve us whatever he recommended...so we ended up having: Chicken Lemon Tajine with Frittata ($12.95) My Yelp friend was served this chicken thigh..maybe he knows that he is a leg person and he was looking for belly dancer?? The potato frittata was a little too heavy for me... but he finished everything... I guess it was not Ok? But he finishes everything usually... Chicken Pastilla with Couscous Salad ($8.99) I love my Chicken Pastilla which is really savoury with taste of both sweetness and saltiness. I love the mixture of almond, pistachio and powder sugar! Couscous Salad with a nice cumin dressing was refreshing for a hot summer day! Marjane Cafe is also a Hookah Bar if you are into Shisha... I wish they have some day beds so I can enjoy a shisha/sipping mint tea while lounging around!

It's a good thing there's no Moroccan Dessert Heat for sale here as we were already overcooked from the Toronto weather. It's almost like a Turnkey operation as the semi-Kitchen is pretty much right behind the counter similar in scale and equipment as a Starbucks. The Gentleman(+0.5 *star*) working there was absolutely great with HOSPITALITY as if you're a guest at his home rather than a customer. Chicken Lemon Tajine with Frittata ($12.95) Now understand, I don't have too much Tagine experience under my belt however I have had one that exceeded my imagination of the cuisine. That's probably why I felt underwhelmed by the non-Tagine'd Chicken Lemon Tajine. I was expecting sauciness and bread to soak. I believe the price is slightly high for what this dish offers. Chicken Pastilla with Couscous Salad ($8.99) Pastilla, Bastilla. Toemato, Tomaato. It's another one of those dishes I fell was unique and happy to discover somewhere else. This version was slightly smaller and would be nice if it was warmed slightly more. The Coucous Salad seemed overly sour from vinegar which depends on individual taste I guess, since Amy Pataki found it stand-out worthy.

They had an awesome breakfast omelette station with a very nice chef. The options for breakfast were plentiful and some items changed every day. On our last night, we decided to try their dinner menu. I had the Seafood Fettuccine & my mom had the grilled mahi mahi. Wasn't much of a fan of the grilled mahi mahi but it was a very healthy and well-balanced dish. The seafood fettuccine I had was so good though. So creamy with hints of tomato and perfectly fused seafood flavor from the generous amounts of seafood they put in the pasta. Mussels, salmon, and shrimp is what I recall was in there. The food isn't cheap but it's what you'd expect from a hotel restaurant. The place is really spacious; tons of seating. The workers are nothing but friendly as well.
