The unit next to mine was vacated a week after I moved in, and instead of properly securing it, they left it WIDE open--despite there being nearly a 2-foot gap from the ceiling, providing direct access into my unit. Unsurprisingly, over $2,000 worth of my belongings were stolen: brand new performance tires, electronics, board games, and collectibles--all gone. When I confronted management, they couldn't have cared less. Their response? "You didn't buy our insurance, so we can't do anything." Not only is that a ridiculous cop-out, but I also have my own insurance policy. What matters is that they completely failed to provide even the most basic level of security or responsibility. I might as well left my belongings on the street. To make things worse, even AFTER the police came and filed a report, they continued to leave the adjacent unit WIDE open for weeks. They knew it was an access point for theft and chose to do nothing. The facility itself is in poor condition. The units are constantly wet due to leaks in the roof. There are no security cameras inside, only one at the gate--which does absolutely nothing once someone's inside the building. No hallway cameras, no alarms, no safeguards. It's completely unacceptable. This facility failed me on every level: security, accountability, professionalism. Their negligence cost me thousands, and their attitude added insult to injury. Do not store your things here unless you're okay with losing them.

This place told me they had cameras covering the area when I signed up, but when I needed the footage, suddenly that wasn't true. They wouldn't even help me with the situation. Refused to give me the owner's name or number. Simply claimed to have called them and they said they didn't do it. You can see from the pictures how these guys parked their truck over the line in our space. The damage literally lines up perfectly with the piece of their metal ramp on the back of the truck. There were pieces of my fiberglass wall on it! Two different police officers confirmed it. Insurance investigator had to get involved. Your vehicle is not safe here and the owner/manager will do nothing to help you!

Constant rate increases! Up 77% from Nov, 2021 to March of…read more2025. Paying $317 per month for a "CLIMATE CONTROLLED" 10 X 15 unit and my furniture is now covered in MOLD. The temp measured over 80 degrees and the humidity was unbearable-this is in an interior hallway, so it is not due to doors being held open. Lights go off constantly, causing you to have to run around to trip the sensors. Beware, the curbs are slanted so that the carts will run off the curb or into a vehicle if not secured somehow. The "required" insurance is not really required if you have other renter's insurance. I sure wish I had known that 4 years and 2 storage units ago....Would love a refund. The manager at this location, Lauren, was helpful and professional. I asked several times to hear from a higher level manager. I have not been contacted.

But within three months the rental rate (not a promotion) for new customers declined to $54/mo. Okay fine. But within three months our rate was increased by 25%. So buyer beware. This is definitely a bait and switch facility. Once they get you in they will dramatically increase your rates while lowering them for new customers, who will then presumably receive the same treatment. It's a new facility so I guess this is how they fill it up, hoping that people won't leave due to the hassle. It's a shame.
