I contracted with Tri Star to repair some major issues on two exterior walls. Both have continued…read moreto leak, and Tri Star told me it was a roofing issue. I contracted with a roofer, and when they came to do the work, it turns out the walls were not completed properly: there is no plywood nor wall wrap in the leaking areas (which is itemized on my contract with Tri Star). I contacted Tri Star to come and redo the work, even sent pictures of the problem areas, and called to make sure they received the photos. That was on March 12, and I have not heard back. Additionally, they took almost four times as long as estimated to do the work. And even then, the work was not completed as contracted, and I have now paid Tri Star more than $10000, and my walls still leak, and the work I have paid them to do is being damaged because the work was not done correctly. There are other construction companies in Denton: find one of them.

At all times I kept my cool and took the high road, but if he is rude during the sale of a full kitchen, laundry room and bath vanity I can't imagine him during an install problem. ICO Construction recently completed a renovation of my master bathroom - which dated back to the…read moreearly 1980's. Shower, tub, floors, tile, lighting, electrical, tile, fans/vents, painting and more. I give them my highest recommendation. See before and after photos. Excellent communication, beginning with their response to my initial request for information and throughout the whole project. The project manager and even the owner were available to respond to questions seven days a week. At the end of every day they provided a progress report along with what to expect the following day. They made regular visits to my house to inspect the work in progress. Even after completion of the project they stayed in touch to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. All the workers were courteous and professional. Each day they carefully cleaned the work and adjacent areas. At the end of the project a housecleaning service thoroughly cleaned and touched up. It amazes me how other companies and individuals didn't respond to my inquiries or ghosted me after promising to provide a quote. Importantly, ICO is local with brick and mortar offices in the metroplex. I would be leery of all those virtual companies who devote most of their resources to sales and marketing and then sub the work to random contractors.
