My honest review of this "business" should you choose to call it that is as follows…read more  First and foremost this "business" does not reside at the address it claims to. The address listed is not only my personal residence but also one that the owner of this "business", Greg Hall, is not allowed within 200 yards of due to domestic violence. A judge ordered him to vacate the premises over a year ago. So it would be a little difficult to handle business from that distance and with those restrictions.  With that being said and also to keep things honest. Greg Hall used to reside at the address above and did do some "work", if you can call it that, allow me to share the highlights: leaky second hand skylight taken from a previous job, added archways to kitchen that also leak, ill fitted reused kitchen sink from a previous remodel for another client, unfinished framing around oven, a "gazebo" made from old rotted doors torn from previous demolition jobs, and his prized possession, a home made urinal crafted from double stacking two regular bathroom sinks. This is just a short list of some of the dozens of well documented "upgrades" he did to our home. Keep in mind that these "upgrades"  were done while he lived at this address. If this is the care and lack of respect he took in "renovating" his own home then what kind of quality can you really expect for a home that he does NOT live in. When it comes to remodeling your home or business I would do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache and take your job to a more reliable, responsible, honest contractor.

Another fantastic project with the Wreedone team…read more This time, we hired them to replace the flooring throughout the majority of our house, tearing out older tile and hardwood that had suffered from previous water-cupping damage. I had manually measured close to 1,700 square feet, but Wil and Spencer utilized a mobile tech scanning tool to map both the floors and walls (for a future paint project) in a matter of minutes. It immediately validated my manual measurements and gave us complete confidence in the project's scope. We chose to vacate the house during the heavy demo and installation. Scheduling-wise, Wreedone was exceptionally punctual, hitting every milestone exactly when they said they would. They carefully moved and secured our heavy furniture, treated our property with immense respect, and ensured everything was locked up tight at the end of each workday. I had the chance to meet the tile installer, Daniel, and his crew. Daniel is a true craftsman--he noticed minor pattern differences in the tiles and expertly blended them so the installation looks perfectly seamless throughout the house. A true professional! Spencer also brought some great problem-solving to the baseboards. Because the new floors sat a bit lower, reusing the old baseboards would have left a noticeable paint gap along the walls. Factoring in the labor to patch and paint that gap, it was actually more cost-effective to install brand-new baseboards, which ended up looking even better than the originals. Given the massive amount of demolition dust, the top-to-bottom post-construction cleaning was incredible. Walls, floors, countertops, ceiling fan blades--everything was spotless! I am also incredibly grateful to Justin and Chase for the daily updates and progress photos, as well as their care in quickly moving the large furniture back into place post-cleanup. Wreedone's methodology isn't just about executing a single task; they deliver a complete, holistic package. They managed every aspect of this project to deliver a high-quality result that gave my wife and me exactly what we wanted while protecting our overall investment. Well done!

I met Frank Sylvester, the owner, in the tile aisle at Home Depot. I didn't know he was a…read morecontractor, and I was bemoaning the fact that I suddenly had to tile my living room, but didn't have enough time. He handed me his card and said he could probably have guys at my house the next day. (Home Depot had a 10 day lead time.) I was nervous that he'd charge me an arm and a leg to have guys there that quickly, but I needed it done. Less than 10 hours later, his guys were tiling my floor. His price was INCREDIBLY fair, less than what Home Depot would have charged. His tile guys were so precise and methodical in their work, way better than what I could have done alone. (I treated them well, too, feeding them lunch and giving them cold beer and drinks...please do this for your workers, they work hard, and the more they appreciate you, the harder they will work for you!) FRANK checked in several times during the install to make sure I was happy, and I always was. His guys were patient enough to humor my desire to put down a weird decoupling membrane between the slab and the tile, to make sure the tile wouldn't crack when the foundation shifts. They even allowed me to install the baseboards myself, which I wanted to do. Overall, incredibly pleased with Sylvester Construction...in a sea of untrustworthy and greedy contractors, Frank is honest, dependable, incredibly prompt, and I'd hire him again in an instant.

Sylvester Construction replaced my sewer pipes last fall. They did a good job until the end. It…read moretook 4 months to get the job done when I expected it to be done in less than a month. The cost ended up costing $10,000 more than I was quoted. When they finished and left, they did not completely fill in the trenches in the front yard and there was very little dirt where the trench went under the sidewalk. The contractor said he would come back and help me finishing filling in the needed which I would purchase. That didn't happen. He also installed the drain clean out pipes which are so high you can't mow over them. Now he has blocked me from calling him. He was also going to enlarge my small shower. Then after starting the job, he said it couldn't be done. He made changes in the height of the shower head without checking with me. My shower is smaller now that it was to begin with. I am no longer a happy customer
