We called and left a voicemail message about a small repair job we needed help with and received a call back before the end of the day. We then texted and forwarded pictures of what we needed help with and almost immediately received a response with a ballpark repair figure. Two days later, the gentleman came to our house and quickly and efficiently completed the repair job and the cost was under $200.00. The "ballpark" figure was anywhere up to $1,000.00. He replaced some wood that looked eaten away (squirrels?) under our Bay window and did an excellent job. We are totally happy with the repair job and with Jake, who came to do the repair ... more than pleasant and knowledgeable. We will be calling on them again whenever we need help around the house.

I am one very happy customer!…read more This project had been in the works for months as I gathered everything I needed to set up my dream TV mount. Finding the right handyman was tough, but Joseph stood out right away when he answered my ad. He was professional from the start and even told me I wouldn't need to pay until the job was completely done. Despite today's thunderstorm, he showed up on time and dedicated himself to the project. I purchased the Samsung 60" DU7200 Series Crystal UHD 4K Smart Tizen TV (2024) and paired it with the Best Buy Essentials™ Full Motion Wall Mount for 47-84" TVs. Joseph handled the entire installation with ease -- I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing, step by step. He even installed my Govee Dreamview TV Strip Lights and made sure the final touches were perfect. Once mounted, he double-checked that the TV was straight, organized all my wires neatly, and even provided a 6-month warranty in case I had any questions or issues. Hopefully, my photos do it justice. I'm beyond happy with how this project turned out. I will definitely take him into consideration for upcoming projects -- highly recommend Joseph for anyone needing a trustworthy, skilled handyman!

He could not provide me any information on how to do this. He then told me he didnt want to be sued 3 times after I told him I get it I just need to know who to call. I reached out via text to let him know I found someone to talk to about the codes and ill keep him up to day. I never heard from him again, he ghosted....trash and a waste of my time. I ended up hiring another contractor with dfw complete handyman services. His name is Charles and he offered a great price and handled everything for me and his work is backed by one year garuntee.
