Besides quickly submitting his quotations with multiple options (anticipating things we'd want or need BEFORE we'd thought of them), he kept his appointment time, called us an hour ahead to notify us of his impending arrival, and started the work immediately when he arrived. He installed a new garage/house door with the frame and double locks. He was friendly, well-organized, considerate of our home and pets, and was careful to thoroughly clean up after the work was completed. It's refreshing to hire a contractor who's conscientious, professional, organized and does everything they said they are going to do, how and when they said they were going to do it. The quality of his work was excellent, the cost very reasonable and I enthusiastically recommend him to any and everyone who requires his services. THANK YOU Jimmy for a job well done!

We called and left a voicemail message about a small repair job we needed help with and received a call back before the end of the day. We then texted and forwarded pictures of what we needed help with and almost immediately received a response with a ballpark repair figure. Two days later, the gentleman came to our house and quickly and efficiently completed the repair job and the cost was under $200.00. The "ballpark" figure was anywhere up to $1,000.00. He replaced some wood that looked eaten away (squirrels?) under our Bay window and did an excellent job. We are totally happy with the repair job and with Jake, who came to do the repair ... more than pleasant and knowledgeable. We will be calling on them again whenever we need help around the house.

Keeping the same rating. Addressing 3 points made…read more 1) The last visit was essentially just to ask for money NOT discussed or finalized, so yes...I consider that nickel and diming. The number requested for payment was never mentioned prior to the particular work done. Plain and simple...however, we paid it. Because we are people that pay for work that was done, despite not knowing what the final payment out would be...and the prior already done was done well. 2) Yes, we mentioned that the whole house needed more work in general and thay we would deal with a mess or debris, but general logic, seeing that our son's nursery was already painted and finished and he was already using the room...one would think that it would be the right thing to do to clean up in that room. But I will take responsibility for this miscommunication because I made assumptions. 3) It's one thing to offer to do something...and it's another to actually fulfill and execute on an offer. Robert offered to fix the sheetrock but we were NEVER able to get him or his sheetrock out to fix it. It's after multiple weeks of trying to get him out that we finally decided that he was leaving us high and dry and paid someone else to do the fix. Multiple (3+weeks). The fix would have been a redo of misdone work originally and he was already paid in full...so I understand there is no urgency or incentive to come back out to do work on work that just needs to be redone. It's easy to respond 2+ yrs later to my original review to say that you OFFERED to come out, but we waited and waited, longer than the acceptable amount of time.
