He took out the cheap materials the other tile contractor was attempting to get past us (and would have if we hadn't found Chad) and replaced everything with quality materials and extra steps to make sure we didn't have problems with the shower in the future. We couldn't be more satisfied. He helped us with decisions and made the new custom shower look beautiful. Never a mess, never a problem, never a worry. He did a great job at a reasonable rate and we highly recommend him if you need any tile work done.
