Look no further if your plan is calling for custom cabinet room designs. Classy Closets' scope is limitless and no job is too big nor small. Jerry and Julie Caldwell, and their sensational design, manufacturing, and installation teams recently transformed our master closet and garage into each, an exquisitely organized space with increased functionality, sophistication, and harmony. There is nothing like the energy boost derived from knowing exactly where all our items are located- creating balance, beauty and peace- not to mention time efficiency. Areas which I previously entered with the goal of exiting quickly became areas which now bring enjoyment- the kind you wish to pull up a chair and admire. A new favorite room! As repeat customers, my family worked with Classy Closets in both Dallas and Scottsdale. Classy Closets originally came highly recommended from a designer who said she wouldn't call anybody else. I am glad I took that advice. One factor, which separates Classy Closets from other competitors, is that Classy Closets manufactures their own material at their shop in Grapevine. Also, they specialize in both wood and thermofused melamine in various finishes. Their showroom in Grapevine showcases their displays which exhibit their superior quality and perfection in material, innovative designs, and finish-out. Jerry and Julie know a thing or two about professionalism and operations as they've successfully run Classy Closets in the Dallas area for nearly 30 years now. They provide superb customer service which sets the bar high and Jerry and Julie's team is a testament to Classy Closets' CLASS-act reputation. Everybody on the team including Haley, Alex, Brady, Zao, Cedar, and Eliot & James (OUR two fantastic project installers) have been instrumental in making sure all details are perfect. She removed the vinyl, patched some flaws in the wood, primed and painted it with a special cabinet paint. It's perfect! You cannot see any difference from the other cabinet doors. Whew! Serge is…read morevery responsive and gave me a detailed price quote but allowed me to customize the quote to meet my budget. He also found a cabinet manufacturer that would give me the look I wanted but within my budget. He allowed me to set up some payments based on completion milestones instead of paying everything up front and he also offers credit! The kitchen is looking amazing and I was very happy and surprised at the level of customization that took mid grade manufactured cabinets to highly custom cabinets once he finished with them. My only advice is to make sure you don't skip the sit down with your GC to discuss your lay out and sign off on it so that you don't have any misunderstandings. I was very busy and missed our scheduled meeting and ended up with a wrong cabinet ordered. Luckily, it was easily switched out for the correct one. Serge also did some extra work for me that I wasn't expecting in order to make up for the brief delay, which was a nice surprise. Serge has a great person doing his carpentry work for both rough in and finish, and he took the waviest of walls and scribed the trim and crown molding so that it looks virtually perfect. I hope to use Tex-Tile Construction again in the near future and was happy to know that he has very reasonably priced subs in several other key areas. Bottom line is that Serge tries very hard to please his customers, is accommodating and he even does some of the work himself when appropriate , which you don't see much anymore.
