My experience with Jerry, from A to Z, was nothing short of perfect. We had Jerry come out a while ago to suggest design options for our master closet and while I gave him a few of my "must haves" I love that he really ran with the design. We made some tweaks and it turned out perfect! We did shop around and Jerry beat everyone on price. After getting Jerry's design I showed other vendors the EXACT same design so that I could compare apples to apples. But what took the cake was his level of customer service. He is the nicest guy and there was zero pressure. So many other vendors would tell me "you have to move quickly we're booking up fast" but Jerry didn't pressure us at all. He was realistic in telling us how long it would take but didn't rush us. Elliott just completed the installation today of our master closet and shoe closet and I couldn't be happier!! I worked with Jerry and Julie on designing a closet for my new home. This was a large project and we shopped around extensively with other closet builders in the area. Ultimately it came down to a few important factors in our decision: materials, customization, and price. I could not be happier with the end result. California Closets had pushy salespeople and weren't able to do a lot of the things we wanted. TCS didn't offer any materials we wanted and you don't even get to work with the designers directly. Classy Closets was able to offer the designs we wanted, the materials to match our contemporary home, all kinds of customization from ideas I'd seen on pinterest, and at a price that we could get on board with. I now have my dream closet. It is gorgeous. They were able to pull off everything I wanted, from a glass top see-through vanity to LED lit shoe shelves and a 3 way lighted mirror. Julie came to look at the closet, take measurements, and put together a design plan for us taking into account all of our needs. She measured every detail from the amount of shoe space we would need to the amount of hanging space. I was very impressed. I wish there were adequate words to describe how pleased I am with the closet systems that Classy Closets installed in our home! We just remodeled an older home with simple reach-in closets (just a rod and a shelf). Their customer service, company philosophy did not compare in the least with Classy Closet. I wish i would have found CC before those projects!! But alas, ( thank goodness), I found them for the biggest project, my large master closet that has an outrageous number of angles!! But those pesky angles did not deter Amy, the designer. Amy is Awesome! This is not hyperbole folks. Amy is uber professional, thoughtful, determined, relatable and kind. I could see straight away her work product is paramount to her and that she takes pride in her work. It was so great to collaborate with her on my needs, expectations and desires. I had an idea about a cabinet on a rear wall jetting out into center and she came back with a perfect solution to utilize the center of the closet a much better way!! She really knows how to maximize the closet space!! At one point I had an unexpected home repair and had to push the closet project out. But Jerry the owner, worked with me on how the project could be a win- win situation. I was so thankful to Jerry. I can't express enough how decent, thoughtful, and understanding Jerry is and how refreshing it was to have a vendor that actually has a very high level of integrity and character.
