Spring and Summer have simultaneously arrived at Gap Factory. With breezy cotton fabric tops and bottoms, in delicate, soft yellows and other pastels. You'll find items for men and women, while in the store next door you'll find items for baby and kids. Despite this being a Gap Factory store I found most items a bit higher priced. I did find a very pretty dress for only $12. The cashier was friendly. I would stop by again when in the area.

This may not be your everyday essentials type of store, it's more of special occasion or family picture type of place, so it's ok to splurge a bit on that special outfit. There's a fine collection of cozy materials, and rich fall hues to satisfy your everyday lifestyle. Despite the busy vibe inside the store, the associates still offered their help in finding the correct size and locating a fitting room. This location of the J. They sell elevated, classic sweaters, button downs, suits and more. Manoj is skilled in styling. He kept pulling more items and suggesting how to style them. At Daswani they do alternations and tailoring. We got a classy merino wool sweater. They gift wrapped it, so it was ready for the recipient. My husband and I went in on Thursday to have his jacket and my dress for a wedding we are both in…read morealtered. It says they're open until 7 so it was perfect for me to go after work. We get there about 5 and was told the owner (?) sent the seamstress home early because "she's 81 and needs sleep" so okay... fine. We go back on Saturday when he said she would be there, which she was. My husband puts the jacket on and I put on the dress. The seamstress looks at my husband's jacket and refuses to work on it because it was a bit big and she said there was nothing she could do. The owner (?) who was there then proceeded to make my husband try on jackets that were too small and when my husband said they were too small and did not fit properly, the owner said "well I know. I just wanted you to see what this looked like "... but why?? The seamstress moves onto me and looks me up and down then asks what I want. I needed some padding taken out of the chest, a shorter hem as it was about 6inches too long even with my heels on, and a little more cut on the slit of the dress. Nothing crazy. She literally refused every. single. thing. She told me that I should not have bought the dress offline (like I had a choice, that's where the bride picked for us to get our dresses), refused to take the padding out of the dress, despite the padding not being in the correct place and making me look like I had 4 boobs, said that the dress is "supposed to be flowy and is so beautiful at the bottom so I shouldn't get it hemmed" (even though it was obviously ridiculously too long and I would trip trying to walk in it), and just flat out told me no to having more of a slit cut. She told me I should have ordered a bigger dress and then the pads would fit, but the dress itself fits me perfectly and I dont need anything taken in at all, but insisted I needed bigger. Then said "you buy a bigger dress then come in here and I'll help you" YEA RIGHT like I would ever ever ever ever give them my time and money. I don't know how they are still open. I would never recommend anyone to go here for anything.

I've seen some casual summer dresses, jeans and sweaters for women, as well as some pretty jewels and other accessories. The best part of this store is how appropriately priced the items are. They also have small sale section. Right when you walk into the store, you'll see the words "happy place" on the ground. I absolutely love this detail. The staff who work here are always ready to help find you the right size and guide you to find what you might be looking for. There is no pushiness to make a purchase. The baby section is adorable for a special gift for someone, but some of those items are a bit costly. I love stopping by this store. It's beautifully set up, organized and easy to navigate.
