Let me tell you what happened. I ordered two suits online for my son's special day. One arrived defective, and the other was delayed in the mail. After already spending extra money trying to make everything come together, I found myself in an emergency situation with ONLY TWO DAYS before the event and no suit for my son. I didn't even have my own dress at that point! As a mother planning such an important milestone for her child, I was stressed because I had a vision for how I wanted his special day to look, and things were not going according to plan.
Enter Elvira, the ANGEL I didn't know I needed!
Without hesitation, Elvira contacted her partners to arrange for a suit to be delivered overnight. She took my son's measurements, went through different styles and colors with me, and accommodated me as much as she possibly could. She listened, she cared, and she took action when I desperately needed help. The suit arrived, the measurements were right, and we were back on track!
I also purchased my dress from El Divaz Bridal, and this is where her amazing seamstress deserves a HUGE shout-out! The dress I purchased was a size 2XL, but I normally wear a Large or XL. The dress needed significant alterations, including taking in the corset top and adjusting the back and sides to get the right fit. I dropped it off the SAME NIGHT I purchased it and was able to pick it up in LESS THAN 48 HOURS! Let me tell you, the seamstress did an AMAZING job! I was blown away by how quickly she worked and how beautifully she tailored the dress. To accommodate that many adjustments on such short notice is truly impressive!
Between Elvira finding my son a suit at the last minute and her seamstress making sure my dress fit beautifully, these women helped take an enormous weight off my shoulders. My son's Kingceañero turned out to be everything I had pictured and MORE! What could have been a stressful disaster became a beautiful memory that my family and I will cherish forever.
And this wasn't even my first experience with Elvira! My sister purchased her wedding dress from El Divaz Bridal, and I was there throughout that process. My sister also used the same seamstress, so our family has trusted her for more than one important milestone.
What I appreciate most is that Elvira genuinely CARES about her customers and wants them to be happy with their purchases. These aren't just dresses and suits. These are weddings, birthdays, milestones, memories, and once in a lifetime moments. Elvira understands that, and she showed it through her actions when I needed help the most.
