When I went to checkout the the associate assigned to a register was wondering off to find a size for a woman on the display but not available. Great customer service BUT not when the lines are long as it is. They need some of other members of the staff to be handling those to keep the flow for checkout. I cant just blame this store though as this is one of the downfall of my Kohls experience and it has happened even prior to COVID. I left after 45 minutes of looking with something that I'm not sure if my wife will like but it was the best i could find for what was available for the size.

Frustrated I called Gionfriddo's which was my, last business on my list right before closing time. The owner told me to come over no problem he'd look at it before closing. I went over and his customer service was excellent! He let me know he could get it done on time and he wouldn't have a problem attaching the patches to the Gi. I was so happy!! The very next day my son's Gi was ready!! I would definitely recommend Gionfriddo, don't let these other bigger companies fool you. Gionfriddo is a local family owned business. Very genuine, honest, and definitely reliable and professional. I will absolutely conduct business with them again!
