I honestly don't know that Brooke would be running at Baylor if it wasn't for Abby and her staff. She kept Brooke motivated, encouraged and hopeful. You are getting much more than a physical therapist when you work with them. I don't do recommendations often, but we truly are so thankful and beyond grateful we found Run Raleigh when they first opened. As far as the actual treatment I can not say enough about how well Abby and her staff has treated Brooke and identified injuries/issues that others simply missed or did not properly identify. Brooke has been seeing Abby since her first little nagging issue in the 8th grade. We have sent everyone we know to see her and her team with no hesitation. The new location is amazing and look forward to Brooke using it when she is home on break. If you have any questions about your gait, nagging injuries, how to strengthen properly for running or simply have a runner that needs encouragement they may not be getting else where please give them a call. Thank you again Abby and the Run Raleigh PT team for helping Brooke achieve her goals.

You can tell they all really care about each client and are truly passionate about helping people. I think the word "vibes" has officially been overused at this point but I can't find another way to articulate that this place has great vibes. It just does. I've been working specifically with Amanda for about a month now and always look forward to my appointments with her. She's extremely knowledgeable, helpful and so easy to talk to. Their gym is clean, quiet and has everything you could want in one place (even that weighted thing you push around on the fake grass if that's your jam). Every time I go to Chain Effect, either Honey or Letty are at the front welcoming people and always share in your excitement of the progress that's being made, whether it's PT or nutrition. So glad I found this place and highly, highly recommend!

Upon arrival, the clinic was totally COVID safe, and measures are taken very well. I used to take physiotherapy sessions in the UK, and I needed to continue them in the USA. I was fortunate to meet Taylor; he is very friendly and explained everything in simple terms that I could understand. Personal opinion Taylor was one of the best physiotherapists I ever encountered; he diagnosed and treated the first session's problem. The issue was having pain in my right shoulder and continue to my figures. We tried dry needles and other treatments. I highly recommend the treatments at the clinic. Yousef,

He is so knowledgeable, perceptive, intelligent, adaptable, and kind. His clinic is not fancy, but I received the best PT care I've ever experienced. I don't often say this: I cannot recommend him highly enough! I went to Max in late Jan or Feb with a painful case of frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). He said it was among the worst cases he'd seen. After six months of his care and coaching, I am thrilled that I am nearly back to 100% of normal range. (Typically it takes 12-24 months to resolve.)

I saw 3 orthos that dismissed me because I was 'young' and would 'get over it'. My last doctor gave me the referral for PT. Max finally was able to pinpoint what my issue was after watching me squat. I had a few appointments with him, did my at home treatment plan, and haven't had knee pain since! I'm now seeing him for a calf strain. He was very thorough in explaining exactly what was injured and exactly what could happen if I remained stubborn and walked without my crutches. I'm starting treatment later this week and I'm sure after a few appointments I'll be walking like nothing happened. Thanks Max!

When, after about four weeks, I mentioned to Chip that I believed it was costochondritis, he was rather dismissive, even after I forwarded information to him about the condition. Well, if all you want to do is run your playbook, who needs a diagnosis? At that point I started to look elsewhere. Upon discharge, he admitted to me that they have not had as much success as they would like with rib and hip injuries. I would've preferred to hear that at onset. Also, I do not recommend spending the $1000 for their laser therapy. The results for me were extraordinarily temporary, despite being applied directly to the rib cage area during my tenure there.. 2025 Update: I was able to get significant relief from an out of state osteopath who specialized in OMT and was able to place the ribs back into place. Forget wasting your time, energy and money on practices that do little more than run their play book.
