My wife Jennifer and I couldn't be happier with the results of selling our house with Deborah Wolsh and her team. She has a wonderful talent of listening and hearing what you say, what your specific needs are and incorporating those needs into her strategy. Every single thing she discussed and predicted from listing price to selling price to timeframe all came to pass. We would and will recommend Deborah to anyone we know that needs her services. Thanks Deborah!!! read more

Deborah Wolsh from Morgan Pasco Group sold me my dream home... and then 5 years later sold it for me. She took her time with making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Due to the pandemic I was 3,000 miles away when she sold my house for me. She made countless visits to my home to make sure everything was buttoned up. I couldn't imagine going through this process with anyone other than her. If I'm lucky enough to ever move back to LA she will be my first call. read more

Stefany and the Morgan team did an excellent job in finding and closing our amazing new home with as little stress as possible (when compared to my previous experience buying and selling homes). I highly recommend them. Stefany was willing to go the extra mile time and time again to make sure we were happy with even the small details, right up until the very closing (and even afterwards). When looking at houses, it was obvious Stefany was looking out for our best interests and not just trying to make a quick sale. And during negotiations she was just calm as a cucumber, even when I was, ahem, less than. lol. Can't say enough good things about my experience with the Morgan Pasco Group. read more

I worked with Morgan and Keith this year to buy our first house. I could not have asked for a better experience! They were the most helpful throughout the entire process. As new homeowners, we needed a lot of hand holding when it came to the home purchasing process. Morgan and Keith were there day and night for us to answer all our questions....and we had a lot! While we were house hunting, I drove around with Keith and saw more houses than I can remember. What I do remember, is always having a great time! We listened to music and had great conversations. We talked about the houses we saw, what we liked and didn't like. Keith made me feel extremely comfortable to share my many many opinions. Keith also has a great vision for houses and is extremely knowledgeable on the areas we were looking at. He was able to help us paint a picture of what living in each neighborhood could bring to our life's. When we did not get a house we loved, Keith and Morgan were supportive of us and did not let us get discouraged about the process. So, when we did finally get the house we loved even more, they were our biggest champions! The closing process went extremely smoothly, and we went back and forth with the sellers on many items. Keith and Morgan were very responsive, helpful and consistent. We knew that we could rely on them throughout the process. We are so happy with the house we bought and we could not have done it without the help from Morgan Pasco Group! read more

My step mother recently passed away, and so I was faced with the substantial undertaking of moving my elderly father to be closer to us, as well as managing his affairs. This included selling their home, which was located several hours away. With all the work I already had managing our own lives, as well as now taking care of my father, I wasn't looking forward to dealing with a house sale far away. I was tremendously fortunate to come across an amazing home just a few blocks away for my father to rent, not only because it is a wonderful home, but also because we met Morgan and Keith from Morgan Real Estate who were managing the rental for the owners. They were tremendously professional in managing the rental process, but that was just the beginning. Despite my father's home being in an area far away, Morgan and Keith were happy to help us sell his home as well, even though that meant they would have to drive a couple hours each way each time to manage the process. On top of that distance away and not having direct experience with that area, they had the huge additional challenge of many homes in that neighborhood being up for sale (I think 200?) I worried we would be able to sell it at all even at a very low price and just hoped there wouldn't be too many headaches. Throughout the process, they always had cheerful and enthusiastic energy and consistently kept up excellent and calm and honest communication even when obstacles arose. They also hired excellent vendors to market and prepare for the open house and sale, which for sure made a huge impact on our popular open house, and they gave really solid suggestions and advice every time I asked. Incredibly, we ended up with 4 really solid offers, which they managed through a difficult (through no fault of their own) escrow process, and we ended up with a sale price not only far above my modest expectations, but well above market. Throughout, I did not have one moment of feeling like this was a headache. They far exceeded my expectations and hopes and truly made it easy! Thank you so much Morgan and Keith! read more

Morgan Pasco and Deborah Wolsh were simply amazing! Selling a home is not easy, finding the right team is even more difficult. When we first decided to sell our home we set out to meet with several realtors. After our first meeting with Morgan and Deborah we knew they were the perfect team. Their experience, their track record and the information they provided in our first meeting was enough to make us feel confident in working with them. Our sale was a bit more complex but they managed it and streamlined the process, they kept us in the loop on everything, they provided sound advice and guidance and our house sold on time and at a price that made us very happy! Both my wife and I highly recommend them. read more

I would recommend Keith and Morgan 100% to any of my family and friends. My husband and I worked with them to buy our first home together. It was definitely a fixer-upper, and both Keith and Morgan expressed their concerns about all the work that would need to be done -- we never felt pushed to purchase! As we decided to move forward, as first time home buyers, Keith and Morgan diligently helped make the buying process smooth, and that we felt comfortable every step of the way. They are both communicative, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Fast forward a few years, and we sold our home to embark on a cross country move-- in the middle of the COVID pandemic. They sold our home to the first buyers who toured it. We had already moved across the country, but Keith went above and beyond to handle some of the tasks we normally would have done. We've spent a lot of time with Keith and Morgan now-- and consider them friends as much as our realtors. Thank you both for all of your hard work on our behalf! read more

Imagine your realtor being able to sell your house, above asking...in a week, in the Coronavirus Pandemic. Imagine your realtor keeping everyone calm and on track, despite your buyers changing their financing source in the midst of the deal thus delaying the closing by several weeks. You needn't imagine anymore...this is what Morgan Pasco was able to do for us. Not platitudes, but facts...without her, I don't think we would have been able to sell in this market, at this time. Recommended?...without hesitation. You would be hard pressed to find anyone better. Good luck, Angus and Sally. read more

EDDIE MENESES, where do I even start! I would never get this little home of my dreams if it wasn't for Eddie! Getting a new home is nerve wracking and uncertainty is endless. The way he dealt with me and the procedure was so ON IT: fast precise and super efficient, but even more importantly he did everything with such kind and nurturing energy that the anticipation became a wonderful adventure. Thank you Eddie, I will always remember your kindness and I'm forever grateful to you! read more

We interviewed a lot of real estate agents in LA and found Morgan to be the most impressive. She had a perfect balance of assertiveness, great negotiating skills, and trustworthiness; in addition to a great track record of selling a lot of homes in our area. Our instincts paid off. Morgan and her crew (it was great to have a whole team working for us--we loved Kai and Deborah, too) were able to get us FIVE offers on our house after the first open house, 2 of them were over asking, one of them 100k over asking. And, we did that with light staging we did ourselves with some advice from her. She was the only agent we interviewed who didn't recommend us paying $4k to stage the house. We spent about $600 instead following her advice, which was easy to do and did not cause us to waste money on things we would never keep. When we interviewed agents, every agent told us we would have to pull permits from the city, which sounded a little daunting, not fun at all. Morgan was the only one who just did it for us--without asking even before we signed with her. That told us she was not afraid to get her hands dirty. She also let us give a lot of input on the marketing of our house, which was important to us. She thought out of the box and marketed the neighborhood, too, and we believe that helped greatly with getting $100k over asking. When it was all said and done we ended up with the highest sale price for a 2 bedroom house in our neighborhood in history and the highest per square price for any home on our block. The process was fun and easy and rewarding with Morgan and her team. I highly recommend them. read more

We met Deborah during one of the open houses and we really liked her. She was very calm and honest and answered all our questions. Soon after that meeting we signed up with her to find us our dream house. She really understood what we needed. She guided us through the whole process as not only this was our first time buying the house, we were also pretty much novices. We were lucky to fall in love with a house that was being represented by Morgan Real Estate. We made an offer and their team helped us all the way until the close. She also introduced me to JMJ financials, who helped with the loan. Home buying is stressful but with Deborah and her team made it easier. read more

Morgan and Deborah and their team are not only consummate professionals, they are incredibly savvy and knowledgeable about the latest market values. Trust them on their pricing strategy! They sold our home in Wilshire Vista in less than a week for $450k over asking price with 11 offers! (I believe it is currently the record for the highest sale price in the neighborhood). The process was completely painless for us-- they have a team that helped us get the house ready to go on the market, scheduled all the private showings (during COVID), and got us closed on time. Highly recommend them!!! read more

I have bought 2 houses and sold 1 with Morgan and I can honestly say that no one in the business works harder for their clients than she does. Her knowledge of the market and attention to detail always allow her clients to buy and sell at extremely competitive prices. Most importantly, she listens. She gets to know you and your whole family. She takes the time to understand exactly what it is that you want, then she works her butt off to get it for you. You can't go wrong with Morgan as your real estate agent! read more

Morgan's group was represented by Stefany Gonzalez. Stefany was terrific. She understood my very particular needs and didn't throw up her hands with each "nope, not this one" I pronounced. She was patient and willing to drive from the city to the valley for one visit. The last time I bought property was in 1975. Stefany provided service above and beyond showing properties. She ran interference for me with various entities and kept my spirits up when I became discouraged. She's terrific. read more

Stefany Gonzalez was extremely thorough, professional, and made my primary home search efficient and enjoyable. We looked at over 30 properties over the course of a week's time, and were able to place a successful offer on the first property on which we bid. She continued to support me through the closing process with inspections, and vendors to repair defective items. I would recommend her to anyone and will continue to work with her on investment properties. read more

We had such an amazing experience working with Deborah Wolsh! This was our first home purchase--and we did it during the pandemic! Despite these unusual circumstances, we felt incredibly supported during this process. Deborah "got" what we were looking for right after our first conversation, and she guided us expertly throughout our search. She was patient, insightful, and an incredible advocate. We are so excited to be in our new home, and we owe it to Deborah! We have already recommended her to several friends--and will be sure to do so for years to come! read more

We trusted Morgan to sell our Miracle Mile home, and she delivered the goods! We'd moved out of state a few years prior, and Morgan found us wonderful tenants who took great care of our house. When we were ready to sell our house, we contacted Morgan, and the sale was quick and seamless thanks to Morgan and the team. Morgan knows real estate, the neighborhood, and people. She's brilliant in mapping out the best strategy for listing a house, and she's creative, honest, and resourceful in dealing with any issues that arise during an escrow. Morgan's passionate, professional, responsible, and trustworthy. She's so much so our go-to that when we recently sold a house in La Quinta, we asked her who she'd recommend. We highly recommend Morgan and her team. read more

Where to begin?! Deborah Wolsh has helped our family buy two homes, sell one, renovate a garage, repair a chimney, and the list goes on and on. Morgan and Keith did a phenomenal job helping us buy our first house! Keith used his connections and was able to find our house before it even went on the market (in fact, he even took us on a tour while they were still putting the finishing touches on the house). I have been following Morgan for years. Real Estate is her calling and I've never met anyone who does it better. When she finally began her own agency I knew that she would be unstoppable. She's a natural leader and has always had an exemplary team. Anyone familiar with the industry knows that it really does take more than a single person to fulfill all the aspects of any one real estate transaction. If your realtor is ambitious they probably have several clients at any one time and in the absence of super-powers, the only way to accomplish all that needs to be done is with a good team. Morgan Real Estate has got it all. Morgan Pasco has the experience, ethics, kindness and support that everyone needs when buying and/or selling their home. The business of Real Estate is always stacked with high emotional stakes. Morgan is who you want by your side. read more

Morgan helped me purchase my first home! Morgan's amazing reputation and 20+ years in the Greater Los Angeles real estate market helped my offer get to the top of the list when there were multiple offers -- and after just a few months of searching, I closed on my very first home. She guided me step-by-step, answered all my questions (and I had a lot!), and overall made a first time home buying experience feel less overwhelming! Morgan is highly responsive via phone and email, and was always very helpful in thoroughly explaining processes and next steps. She also fought to get all the repairs I wanted from the seller, both big and small. And when the close-date got pushed back a week due to these repairs, she helped make sure my rate-lock would get extended at no additional cost to me. Overall, Morgan is professional, very well-versed in the LA market, and fun to work with -- which is an added bonus. Thanks Morgan! read more

Buying a house is stressful. You definitely want to work with someone who will make the process as easy as possible and for us that person was Deborah. From our first meeting she made us feel comfortable and de-stressed the process. She very quickly grasped what we were looking for, how we lived and what our budgetary constraints were. From the time we met Deborah till we closed escrow on a new house was 6 months. During that time Deborah was always encouraging and skillfully guided us through the process of making offers on 3 houses. The third time was a charm and we found a gem of a house in a neighborhood we had not previously been aware of. All along the way Deborah was professional, patient, calm and warm. She was always available, an excellent communicator and a pleasure to work with. The listing agent of the house we bought told us that Deborah was a dream to work with. The offer package she put together so impressed the sellers that they chose us even though the amount we offered was not the highest. Needless to say we very highly recommend Deborah and Morgan Real Estate. read more

As first time home buyers, she was very patient and made sure we understood everything at every stage of the process. She listened carefully to what we were looking for and gave her honest opinion if asked to chime in. Here is the highest praise I can bestow on my realtor...she listens between the lines. Essentially, she engages with you so completely that she intuited what I didn't say as much as what I did say. That is how I describe Morgan Pasco of Morgan Realty http://morgan-re.com/. Mind-reader extraordinaire! I spent about a year and a half being really frustrated with my previous realtor and depressed about my house hunting experience. Every weekend I was sent out - by myself - into homes and neighborhoods that I hated. Once I connected with Morgan, I immediately saw MLS listings that were in line with what I wanted...and then some! She drove me all around LA and showed me the neighborhoods I was considering and, based on my budget, explained how I would need to reset my house expectations to live in those communities. Then, I allowed her to work her magic and do what she does best. She began taking me to neighborhoods that I had never considered so that I could get the house that I really wanted. Her strategy worked! I met Morgan in August, I found my home in September, and I closed in October. And, two and a half years later, I've recommended her to several others AND we remain friends! read more
