I cannot recommend Jason and Lori (The Lowery Group) enough. They helped us buy our first home in 2020 and their client service was so exceptional that we recently used them to purchase our second home as well. When buying or selling a home you need a professional in your corner who will look out for your best interests. Jason is a person of character who works to build your trust and I fully believe he had our back throughout the entire process. FYI this is also coming from someone who generally distrusts everyone! I hear friends talk about their experience with different agents and they often are unsatisfied and feel like their agent rushed things at the end during the credit negotiations to try to finish up and get their check. Jason took his time with our negotiations and ended up getting us a great deal on repairs and credits. Jason and Lori's knowledge, professionalism and consistent communication really set them apart from everyone else. I learned a great deal from them with our latest home purchase. Do yourself a favor and reach out to The Lowery Group for your real estate needs, you won't regret it!! read more

Our experience with the Lowery Group was fantastic. Jason and his colleague Lori made an extremely difficult personal situation as smooth as possible. In December of 2020, my husband and I made a cross-country trip from the East Coast to Los Angeles to sell my elderly parents' home. Imagine trying to move your octogenarian parents across the country to live with you but also selling their home during a pandemic. Stressful does not begin to describe our situation. The home needed to be emptied of 45 years of belongings in three weeks so we could sell the property. Jason not only held our hands through the entire process but managed to make my 82 yo mother feel that she was making the right decision. Not only did Jason spend a long time with our family but his professional skills are epic. After 30+ bids on my childhood home, Jason managed to get us approximately $135K above the asking price. This has allowed my parents security in their golden years. I cannot express my gratitude to the Lowery Group. Jason is a people person and true professional. Never hesitate to work with Jason. He is more than worth it! read more

The Lowery group is truly wonderful. Jason is professional, caring and extremely knowledgeable about the market, the area and how to best get you top dollar. I appreciated Jason's honesty and transparency with me on how things were progressing. Lori kept things super organized with a timeline and always letting me know next steps. I couldn't have asked for a better dream team. I am grateful for the awesome Lowery group! The million dollar dream team! read more

Our experience with The Lowery Group was simply incredible. From start to finish, Jason and his team go above and beyond to ensure that you, as the buyer, are happy with your purchase. My wife and I recently began our search for a new home with Jason; and we truly appreciated how able, amiable, and available he was.  From the start, he took great care to make sure we understood how the process works; and helped us to develop a better understanding of how to meet our end goal. He was kind, very patient, and genuine - qualities that helped to mitigate much of the anxiety from looking for our new home. He gave great attention to detail and maintained clear and regular communication by email, text, and phone. He also provided us with access to a very handy phone app which we were easily able to use to review listings together. And our relationship did not end with the last signature. Jason helped coordinate a smooth transition as we settled into our new home. He connected us with trusted service providers for those several repairs and modifications we wanted to make after our purchase). We simply could not imagine going through a real estate transaction with anyone else! read more

Where do I start? Jason is the BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT in Los Angeles. If you are seriously looking to purchase or sell your home, he needs to be the realtor you meet with! If you want professional, knowledgeable and ethical, he's your guy! OuR home buying process was a BREEZE and we closed on our home in 21 days, beat out offers that were higher than ours and gained over 16k in equity all in a SELLER'S Market! Need I say more?? Jason has been very thorough from our 1st time home buyer consultation where he got to know more about what we were looking for in our home purchase and even walked us through the home buying process, documents we need to know about, what they all mean and what to expect in the process. He was very thorough and knowledgeable in this process and stood out as a Realtor! Jason walked us through several properties, referred several key star players in the home buying process such as loan officers, inspectors, locksmiths and Jason also scheduled inspections for us. He also communicated with our loan agents, and his follow-up and work ethic made you feel like you were the most important client. Thank you Jason for your above and beyond white glove customer service, professionalism, knowledge and industry reputation. We look forward to doing more business with you and hope we can continue to support your business. We will be lifetime customers! Andrew & Brittney read more

My mother and I started our home search in January 2022. We were referred to a realtor by a friend. Our experience with this first realtor was terrible! I would send our realtor homes we were interested in and to ask him if he was able to obtain additional info, like if it was cash only, probate, etc. Instead of doing his research beforehand, he would only let us know the property was still available and let him know if we wanted to put in a offer. He never accompanied us to any open houses, or sent us listings. I was always sending him homes we were interested in. One particular listing we were interested in was almost a hour away, and he agreed to meet us there and show us the house. We get to the house and he's trying to get in, but he can't find the code on the listing. He's calling the agent and he's not picking up. As he stepped away to take a call, I read the listing agents notes on a paper he had and it clearly said that the house was in probate and potential buyers had to send bank statements showing 20% in their accounts before the code would be provided to access the house. We never got the code and didn't get to see the house. He just dismissed it and never acknowledged his failure to do his due diligence before hand and wasted our time. On top of that, he missed the deadline to put in a offer on a house we were really interested in. This realtor never showed any drive and initiative to really help us find a home. Needless to say, that was our last interaction with that realtor. Another friend referred us to Jason Lowery and from our first conversation, he was eager to help and see how our journey was going so far. He sent us a questionnaire and after we completed it, he set up a conference to discuss the best strategy for us. On this call, he educated us on the current market, and came up with a strategy of how we can stand out among other buyers. He pointed out some things we could do different from our previous realtor. He was very informative during this call and really listened to what it was that we were looking for, which made us extremely confident that we were moving in the right direction with Lowery Group. He introduced us to Leo who would be our direct contact. Leo was warm, friendly, helpful and always went above and beyond. Each week, Leo would prepare an itinerary for the open houses we were going to see. He accompanied us to each house and gave his opinion on each house as well. We started with the Lowery group on April 4th and we put in our first and only offer in on April 23rd! And boom! Just like that, we were in escrow after being with the Lowery for only 3 weeks! During the escrow process, Leo remained informative and walked us through the entire process. Lori kept us updated with documentation and correspondence with the escrow company. And Jason checked in on os weekly to make sure everything was going smoothly. The whole entire team worked extremely hard to make this home buyer experience as pleasant as possible. We all know the home buying experience can be stressful and tedious, so it's extremely important to have a supportive, knowledgeable, and passionate team to work with you during the entire process. Even after we closed, we've received calls from everyone just to check up on us! We're so appreciative of all their help and kindness... We would highly recommend the Lowery group to anyone who is looking to buy and wants to have an amazing experience at the same time. Forever thankful, Krissi & Adele read more

You often hear that a home purchase (especially your first home) is an overwhelming and extremely stressful process... and it is! That said, we are beyond relieved and happy to have Jason and Lori on our side. From the beginning, they gave us a clear view of the process, what to expect and provided great recommendations. We asked a lot of questions and they not only had all the answers, but were reassuring, extremely detail oriented and inspired confidence. Putting an offer on a house can be scary, at times it can feel like a gamble. We had gone through this process once before without Jason and it felt overwhelming and like a shot in the dark. Building the perfect offer isn't easy- gauging the price, contingencies and down payment is all a delicate balance. Jason and Lori helped us with an innovative approach that made us feel comfortable with what we offered, but also made it attractive to the buyer. We are so grateful for Jason and Lori's guidance throughout this whole process. They're both incredibly personable, understand the L.A. market and have all the traits you'd want in a real estate team. They not only helped us find our dream house, but they empowered us through this stressful process so we could make informed decisions and land the deal we were happy with. Initially, we didn't realize the value of having agents that you feel confident in and love -- Jason and Lori are worth their weight in gold! read more

First off, Jason and his team were very professional and friendly. They walked us through every step of buying a house and explained everything so that we understood exactly what was going on. They were easy to reach and they followed up on details. They are the best!!!!! Thanks Jason and Aubrey for your awesome services.   Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android read more

The Lowery group (shout out to Jason, Leo the great, Lori, and Cindy) were a pleasure to work with as we purchased our first home in Spring 2022! As an LA native, Jason's in depth knowledge of the city and his willingness to share that knowledge, was priceless. Leo's attention to detail helped us to smoothly navigate the process of choosing our first home. And during closing, the administrators Lori and Cindy were consistently available and timely with their updates. Even in this crazy market, we were able to find and close on our home within 2 months of beginning our search with Jason and Leo. We would 100% recommend working with them, and we'll be sending everyone we know who are in the market to purchase a home in LA to Jason and his team. read more

I was referred to Jason by one of my friends who had just purchased their first home. Jason immediately assessed me and figured out the style of home I would like. He also went over the home buying process with me and told me the realistic facts with buying a home. During COVID, the housing market has been in high demand making it difficult to buy homes that I liked in my price range; however, Jason was very faithful in finding homes for me to view each weekend. Although I've only had one, I deem Jason to be the best realtor in SOCAL. I say this because he thinks out of the box and used tricks up his sleeve in order for me to get my first home. Another thing that stood out to me about Jason is that, he is not just a realtor that wants to sell you a home, but while in the process he wants to make sure he puts you in a home with a safe environment as well. He also follows up with you after to see how every thing is going and gives you resources that you will need while moving in and getting situated. I already have friends and family asking me who he is, and they have started following him on Instagram for when they are ready. Thanks Jason!!! read more

Really enjoyed working with Jason, highly recommend. As a first-time LA home buyer it was great having someone experienced like him in my corner. He did an awesome job walking me through every step of the process and made sure I never felt pressured at any point. As first time home buyers we are so happy that we found Jason and his team! We learned so much from his guidance and help throughout the entire process. It started with a zoom meeting to discuss our goals, budget and what we were looking for. He gave a lot of good tips and pointers of where to look and what to look out for, and all that info came in handy when it came time to actually place offers and eventually go into escrow. We were able to find a great property that fit our budget, and quickly found ourselves in a fast escrow process. Jason and his team were able to help guide us through the loan process as well and even pointed out things we should bring up with the lender if the lender had not already told us about them yet (that was really helpful to keep things moving fast) One of the best things about Jason was his calm demeanor throughout the whole process. As first time home buyers making such a big purchase, we were understandably a bit stressed through the process, but Jason always approached everything with an even keel and helped put things into perspective. Once we closed on the property, Jason and the Lowery Group surprised us with a very thoughtful housewarming present when we met for the key exchange! It's these small touches and personal details that show how great Jason's approach to the whole home buying process is and why him and his team are the one you want. read more

I had the gnarliest experience when I attempted to buy my first home and was nearly giving up hope... then a friend introduced me to Jason and his amazing team at The Lowery Group and they literally saved the day. Each step of the way Jason made sure to over-communicate and let me know what to expect at each and every moment. Very grateful for this team and this experience! I move in next week. read more

A year ago, I was the last person who would have recommended a realtor. What's the point when I have redfin and Zillow? Well, after a few months of disappointing tours, my wife talked me into meeting with Jason. I did so with gritted teeth and my guard up certain that I would have to pay for a bogus service that I could have done on my phone. I'm wrong a lot (ask my wife) and I was dead wrong about Jason! He was a gentleman since our first meeting and worked tirelessly to find us our perfect home. And let me say, we were not an easy client. First, we were set on East Los Angeles, then Hawthorne was better, followed by our stint in Monterey Park which was old news once Jason showed us beautiful pockets in South Los Angeles (I never would have thought this was an option for us). After about 70 tours, we went escrow on a to die for open floor plan that already smelled like a dry cab and charcuterie board. It felt as if rainbows were in the sky! Which was kind of true because LA had some crazy rainstorms before our house inspection. On the day of the inspection, I still remember the call from Jason, who of course showed up early to make sure the inspector was doing his job, he said "this isn't it". We soon found out why. The foundation had flooded. The walls were soaked in with water. The beautiful house we were in escrow was built with too many corners missing and the rain revealed all the cracks. Jason was the first to tell us we had to back out. My wife and I were picky. Neither of us could agree on anything. Poor Jason. So, I couldn't believe after tons of houses and months of searching there was not a hint of pressure from Jason. I could tell he truly wanted what was best for us. We backed out of escrow and were back at the drawing board. After bouncing location on Jason again, we ended up in the Van Nuys area where we bought a beautiful home. Jason saved us money on the offer, got us additional money for repairs, and did it all with optimal contingencies. Remember how I was worried Jason would be an extra cost? He saved me money! There is no way I would have known to fight for the things he did. Our search consisted of over 100 houses, who knows how many custom route tours, and many laughs. Jason is a blast. My wife and I have been in our new home for over a month now and still get the friendly call or touch up email from Jason, who is checking in. The man is dedicated! I recommend Jason and the Lowery group without any hesitation. 11 out of 10! read more

Jason, Leo, and Lori were instrumental to the purchase of my first home and were able to make the time to advise me from the beginning. They made sure I was informed of every step of the process back when I started my search in 2021 and were very responsive to my needs when I took some time off from searching when other priorities came up. A year later, I resumed my search and Leo was right there ready to support my needs again on short notice when I found the home I felt was right for me. I'm happy to have connected with and trusted their team to help me close on my first home, providing me with all the reassurances and answers I needed in what felt like a somewhat stressful process. read more

We can't thank Jason and Lori of The Lowery Group enough for their support and professionalism during the purchase of our home. In spite of trying to purchase in an extremely competitive market, they made this process very smooth and they delivered!! While working with them, they were accessible, responsive, always willing to answer questions, flexible, supportive and reassuring when doubt crept in. Their patience, business acumen, and willingness to go above and beyond was felt from the beginning. There were a total of 77 offers and 13 counter offers on our home and we came out the victors. Jason was our secret weapon. He is a masterful negotiator and, in this market, that is what you need. We would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase or sell a home to utilize the services of the Lowery Group. You will not be disappointed. We often felt we were their only clients because of the high level of attention they showed to us. Thank you, again, Jason and Lori for everything. We could not have done this without you. I worked with Lori Smalls from the Lowery group on my recent home lease. The los Angeles market can be difficult when locating and securing a quality rental space in a timely manner. Jason was very patient, explained things in a way that made sense, fielded my many texts/emails/calls in stride, and helped me make the best decisions for my situation by sharing his knowledge. I had a great experience working with Jason Lowery and the Lowery Group! I was on the hunt for a home for almost a year. I put in 8 failed offers on houses before deciding to find a new broker. A co-worker suggested Jason after she closed on a house within a month. From the beginning, I was very impressed with the Lowery's Group approach to working with clients. They were warm and friendly and invested in finding me my dream home! Jason gave me a very thorough walk through of the buying/offer process before we even looked at houses. Even after all those offers I didn't realize how little I knew about contingencies, timelines and the little things that may come up. Given how competitive the LA market is, it was really smart to go into the home search with a clear roadmap of the whole process. He did a great job putting together a list of properties based on my needs and desires. Luckily, I found a house and had an accepted offer after one week into the housing search! Jason was strategic and thorough in how he approached making an offer from showing me comps in the area to talking through possible scenarios if it becomes competitive. Outside of that, the Lowery Group had amazing customer service and communication. Lori or Jason were always available to answer any questions. They provided great information and guidance from escrow to the key exchange. I highly recommend Jason Lowery and the Lowery Group if you want peace of mind knowing that experienced brokers are working on your behalf! read more

Dear Prospective Home Seller or Homeowners: It is my immense pleasure to recommend Jason S Lowery as a real estate agent for any individual or family selling their home or searching for the ideal home for their unique situation. I meet Jason the first time with my daughter in an open house event he was presenting and I knew then that he was the perfect agent to sell my home. Once I was ready to sell I contacted Jason and in that initial meeting with me he took diligent notes regarding my specific request and needs on selling my home in Inglewood, Los Angeles, CA. He is highly talented and explained in details the process. A master with the contract negotiations and after seven offers in the first week of advertising my home, Jason came up with a deal in writing that was good for me and made the buyer happy also. Throughout this home selling process, Jason managed to sell my house in an excellent price, especially in the current market situation. He knows Inglewood, Los Angeles area like the back of his hand. There is nothing that escapes Jason's attention when it comes to property for sale in this area. I found Jason to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if I was his only customers, although I know that was not the case. He always returned all phone calls, text and emails the same day. I never felt neglected or unimportant. He is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Jason was honest about some minor changes that I needed to make in my home to attract buyers quickly, and his advice worked like a charm. I am pleased to recommend Jason S Lowery to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is hands down the best in the business in my opinion and if I ever need to sell or buy again he will be my first choice in real estate agents. Regards, Paul R Palacios read more

After the passing of my mother I reached out to Jason to help me lease out my childhood home. Jason responded quickly and came out to do a site visit. We walked through the house together, he listened, he was patient and then provided feedback. He told me all the wonderful things about my home, and gently told me the things that could impact the rental price. Jason had done his homework before our meeting and provided me with comps in the area so I could get an understanding of the current market. There had been properties that rented for more than what I was asking, but there were also some that had been on the market for some time that were renting for a lot less. I expressed my concern to Jason, he looked at me and said, "We'll get it done". His confidence and professionalism made me feel good, so I decided to sign the papers. Within the matter of days, there was a lock box on the door, his photographer came to take pictures, and he had written the property description. When he sent it to me for review, I knew I had made the right choice. The house hit the MLS on a Friday, by Monday we were done. With the conversion of a garage storage room into an office, Jason rented the house over asking price. I am thankful that Jason took what was a difficult time of loss in my life and made the transaction so easy. Jason found a wonderful family who loves the home, pays rent on time, and have actually become friends. You WILL NOT find better representation in Los Angeles. If you care about finding the right home, selling one that you've outgrown, or leasing a piece of income property, call Jason. He will not disappoint. read more

When my first home sale/purchase fell out of escrow due to me having a terrible real estate agent, I wanted to give up on my home search. Thankfully, the day after I parted ways with my former agent, Jason literally showed up at my door, with potential buyers! Those buyers loved my condo, and ended up signing a contract on it just two days later. Jason represented the new buyers purchasing my condo, and he represented me in purchasing my new single family home, concurrently. I found a home that suited all of my needs, and Jason was able to negotiate the price down by $25k!!! There were MANY hurdles to overcome because of the uniqueness of the sale/purchase. Many said the situation was impossible, but Jason worked with us diligently to ensure that everything got done without any issues. Ultimately, my sale and purchase closed on the same day! I actually bought my new house for less that I sold my condo! Jason truly helped me achieve a miracle and I'll always work with him and the Lowery group moving forward. The Lowery Group is the GOLD STANDARD for realtors. We were introduced by a mutual connection and from the beginning have received the utmost care and attention. Jason outlined our "must haves" and "nice to haves" in our discovery call and was very clear on his directive of being confident in our choices so that we would not waste our time on homes we did not want. In a hot as fire market, we moved quickly on appts and with our schedules Jason was able to meet us as early as 7am on a Saturday. The home we fell in love with was under contract but when the buyer dropped, because Jason took the time to build a relationship with the realtor (without knowing if the home would ever go back on the market) the seller knew to call Jason first. Jason was able to close within our budget, even with other cash buyers on the table. He referred us to a stellar mortgage broker and we were closed within 3 weeks on the house of our dreams. Jason and his team walked us through every step of the way. Lori was in contact every day until we had keys and met us on the last day with the most beautiful welcome basket and balloons. I'll try to make this short. I have had unique experiences with agents and brokers so I wanted to make sure that I chose the right person, with the right energy, and the right team for this job. I interviewed 3 people and went with an agent that I was unsure about...but we clicked... but I was still unsure about the level of experience and skillset. I called my Vegas agent (who I wholeheartedly trust) and he told me that he would send me a referral. THANK GOD! After Jason and I met, I felt pretty comfortable...specifically due to the very honest conversation, humility, and confidence. Trust and integrity are values that I hold very dear so it was very important that the initial meeting enveloped those elements. We spent about a few days negotiating about staging, painting, and prep work, that I insisted I do myself (I don't think he knew that I could do a satisfactory job but I showed him a thing or two), lol....and he showed me a thing or two and got multiple offers the first week of listing! That's what I call teamwork. Jason, and his team, were nothing short of AMAZING! There was ample follow up, and I felt like his service was "concierge." Even though his numbers spoke mounds about his performance, I had doubts that he could sell my house, which is a very unique structure in the area. Though we had multiple offers, very high offers, he respected my decision to go with the buyers that I felt a bond with. The experience was collaborative, professional, and consistent. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't choose to work with any other team. Thank you Jason! read more
