My boss and myself hired Rodeo Realty to help find a tenant for one of his new units. They did not post the listing on time and did not respond to interested tenants resulting in lost time and money. When they did find a tenant, they did nothing to verify income or credit or even sign a lease as we had discussed, they simply proceeded with just handing over the keys.
