Michael handled all the business and clearly explained to me in my home what equipment options were available (all Lennox via Costco) and what payment options and benefits were available to Costco members. I took a few different estimates from other companies and although I found comparable equipment and installations that might have priced out cheaper than Around the Clock, the benefits received from Costco for CostcoCash along with direct cash refunds made them very appealing. Michael is very patient in the process of answering any and all questions regarding the equipment, installation, etc. The installation was smooth and painless. The team of two installers were polite and professional. They worked clean which is greatly appreciated. The installation took about a day and a half. End result: I'm very satisfied with my experience with Around the Clock. A very professional installation with great customer service. The new system has completely transformed the comfort level of my home. It's already been battle tested in this SGV summer and I couldn't be happier. If you're on the fence in deciding whether or not Around the Clock is a vendor you'd like to use, I whole heartedly recommend them.

Oscar and Karina continued to be highly professional and friendly, and everyone on the crew who came to help on both projects were also super friendly and respectful (including of people, our dogs + cats, and in general the space around our house), and from what I could tell they were very diligent and thorough. Re: the new unit: We've been using it now almost daily for about a month, now that the Valley summer is here. The unit has been working phenomenally and without a problem. I have a good sense of how much this work should cost based on recent estimates I got on another mini-split, so I believe that AC Kings' quote + bill was market competitive. But to be honest (and maybe I'll regret saying this out loud), I would probably pay just a little extra for Oscar's expertise and detail-oriented work. It's clear he knows his stuff. To support this last point, I should note that technically AC Kings came by a THIRD time to our house--on accident, because they were helping out my neighbor (who also said their work was excellent). I asked Oscar and his crew to check out an electrical problem we seemed to be having with our old mini-split. He did so and then didn't charge me for it. Can't recommend AC Kings enough.
