But when the Marmoleum install was flawed due to an air bubble, their solution was to go over the top of the flawed floor with a second layer of Marmoleum. In the process of tearing up the flawed floor, our brand new drywall was damaged and their attempt to fix it was lousy at best. The representative who came out even said he was concerned about losing money on the job. When we withheld payment until the drywall was fixed, we were threatened with litigation. In the end, we had to fix the drywall on our own.
