We have had Vertechs relocate light fixtures in our ceiling and walls as well as relocate and add fire detectors. They have serviced our breaker box as well as interior and exterior outlets. Their technicians have always been polite, respectful and informative when explaining the issues they have discovered and how they conducted the repairs. Last week they were at our home as we were having issues with original outlets installed by the builder shutting off and becoming extremely hot. The problem was taken care of the same day I called as the issues were very serious to me. I really like the fact that I am informed of their progress and proximity to my home when they are coming to the house to conduct repairs. I also have 18 foot ceilings in parts of the home as well as in the stairway to the second floor and they are the only company I have found who will come out to change lightbulbs and smoke detector batteries at those ceiling heights. Dana was a pleasure to work with and expeditiously resolved all of my issues with the MacBooks, including figuring out that the hardware issue on the one MacBook was a motherboard failure. Five months later, both MacBooks are still working great. The folks at Kind Technologies are very knowledgeable of their craft, kind, professional, and trustworthy. I recommend this place to everyone in the area who has computer issues. Also, for those who are concerned about it, the folks at Kind Technologies are taking COVID-19 safety precautions very seriously. They don't allow walk-ins and require you to schedule your in-person visits ahead of time so only one customer is in the shop at the same time.
