The manager didn't bother to get up from his chair and instead sat with his back to me and shared that they have a 2-week return policy. The issue for me was the lack of service and respect shown by a member of the management team. They were all so keen in selling me a new phone but now that I'm stuck with them as a carrier they don't seem to care at all. Perhaps a customer service retraining workshop for the manager?
