But switched from playing his game to picking up kinda shuffling a stack of note pads. I asked his name- "Bryan". I asked directly if he would explain an AT&T issue= "We don't do that here". I was tracking the package and noted that it was stuck in Kentucky State. I typed on the Customer Support line to inquire about the box. They sent me a message on my Gmail account that they would inspect why it was sitting in Kentucky knowing I requested a 2 day delivery. I was also told I would be contacted, which did not happen. Upon sending me another message only stating that facilities are closed for the weekend & so it would be delivered on Monday! I had a deadline to meet & feel I was taken advantage of even after also contacting the local UPS Store of my issue & not receiving a 2 day delivery. No compensation, no call, nothing. I will never recommend this privately owned company again. Not customer oriented! I'll stay with the Post Office.
