I've been a fan of More Brewing in Villa Park for years. They have consistently come out with phenomenal beer and won all fo the major accolades that the craft beer scene has to offer. This review is not just about their beer, but also their food! The food there is outstanding and the setting is wonderful; especially during the pandemic times we find ourselves in now. I love everything on their menu from the award-winning spicy chicken sandwich to the cheese curds and chorizo burritos. They have a little bit of everything! Because this is a new location, they do still have their fair share of bumps to overcome. There have been several occasions where the food was delayed by over an hour, or the order was messed up, causing us to send back the food to be prepared correctly to order. Outside of these minor inconveniences, this place is amazing. The gem of Huntley! read more

Mandi behind the bar gave me great beer suggestions that his perfectly matched my taste and Nick was great and quick with helping me out with my to go beers! totally recommend coming here! read more

Tried at streamwood oktberfest. Great beers and I am looking forward to trying the whole lineup.

Hummus platter was good! Pretzel was prob the best ever! Service pretty good. Salads were ok. Burger was average. Would go again for the apps. read more

Enjoyed the turkey soup and the harvest salad. Great service and atmosphere. Beers and margaritas were yummy too.

Absolutely love it here. Sat at the bar with a friend and we had Braidy and Lauren helping us. Great service, great recommendations, great food, great atmosphere. read more

Our bartender Mandy was great! very welcoming as well as the quick and consistently on making sure her customers are all good. As well as the entire staff here, Makenzi was also very helpful when it came to needing something while our bartended was busy at the moment. Great schedule line up for a Tuesday and will definitely be coming back. read more

Ive visited many breweries - this brewery is one of the few where I've had a flight and actually enjoyed every single beer I chose.

My wife Kim and I stopped by for an early dinner and some great, unique beer for the very first time after a trip to the local RV store nearby. What a great decision! This place is awesome. The truffle cheese curd appetizer was great, the cheese curd burger was phenomenal, the pulled pork sandwich was delicious and unique, and the truffle fries and salad were terrific. I had 2 of their local-brewed amber ales which rivaled Fat Tire, and my non beer loving wife even had a strawberry/vanilla unique brew and loved it. Even better than the food and beer was Summer, our friendly, helpful, kind, courteous, and AMAZING wait staff server. Wow!! You can't go wrong with this place!! Enjoy it like we did!! Can't wait to come back!!!!! Keep up the great work, MORE!! read more

I never give reviews on service unless the place is HORRIBLE but to be honest, I can't really give a review for anything but the service because of the circumstance. First, the parking lot is horrible. It was an old car dealership so the parking lot wasn't very big for as large as their building is. We had to park way down the street. My co-worker invited me and a few other people out for her birthday. She got there early to put her name in for a table and they told her an hour so she text everyone to let them know what time the table would be ready. An hour is expected because it's a brand new place and it was a Saturday. When the time surpasses an hour she went to find out how much longer and they said probably another hour. The space is huge and very nice but not set up well. Since we were waiting for a table we went to the bar to get a beer. You could not just walk up to the bar. You had to get in a line that was in the way of the door to the kitchen and took a very long time to get through. And we were constantly getting told we were in the way. We were able to try 2 beers while we waited and they were both very good. But we found out it was going to be another hour we decided to leave. When we were getting our food at the other bar, she finally got the text that our table was ready at More. 2 and 1/2 hours later. Would definitely like to go back. Maybe in a year after all the hype has dies down. Wouldn't recommend going now but try again next summer. No brewery is worth waiting 2 and 1/2 hours to be seated. There is cold beer at the bar down the street. read more

Beer and food were both amazing! We had a pretzel appetizer, Nashville hot chicken sandwich, the More burger, and our kids had pasta. Empty plates all around! Worth the wait! read more

Christian is the best! He served our huge party and was great to work with. For real.

Took a long drive to try this place The food was really great but the beer was awesome there wasn't one beer we didn't like we will be back

My friend and I met at More Brewing on a Sunday afternoon. We were excited to try the IPAs and have a few appetizers. We experienced the worst service I think I've ever had at a restaurant. We were ignored for 15 minutes after being seated and finally greeted by our server. It was 3:00 and it was not crowded. We had a flight of beer and two appetizers. It took 30 minutes to get our beer and another 30 to get our appetizers. We had to ask for our server to get our check. Two hours and $60 later, we left very disappointed. Will not be returning. We did leave a 20% tip even though the service was horrible read more

Great beer, had the grilled wings that were excellent. Lots of space between tables and the service from Christian was top notch! Will stop by again for sure! read more

Fletcher was a stellar server! Appreciated the professional and prompt service on a busy Friday afternoon. The selection of food is great, but would love more internationally inspired cuisine. Cheers! read more

Really good beers and food. Came on a Saturday afternoon with friends and it was great. We had Cajun fries, Nachos and Butter chicken platter, all tasted great. Besides being a primarily beer place, they also have great Margaritas. Peach margarita was the best. read more

Beers are all great! A great selection, every beer was perfect pour and temperature!! Our server was very attentive and friendly! Had a group of 9, for a group of 8 or more at a table it'll be all on one check FYI. We waited maybe 20 minutes for our table. We had nachos, cheese curds, truffle fries, and pretzels. Then we had Nashville hot chicken sandwich and a couple of burgers. If you're in the Huntley area or on I-90 a quick stop for a drink - you won't be disappointed. read more

A few things. This place is way too big for their kitchen. I'm reading a lot of reviews of people complaining they saw open tables but still waited hours to get a table. The reason there's open tables is they can't over seat and then the food would take forever to come out and people don't understand that. They just see tables open and are confused why they're waiting to be sat. That being said, it is their fault for building such a large brewery but a small kitchen. Also, I've been here twice since it opened and the food is just OK. Nothing special at all. So my advice to everyone is, don't come here for the food and a server. Grab a beer and stand or grab ur own table. They do offer for you to get a beer and sit at a table with no servers, which is fine with me. Reason for 3 stars is: food is nothing great, staff is VERY slow for how busy MORE is, and kitchen is too small for how big the brewery is. read more

More Brewing - Veggie "meatball" sub. Looks way better than it was. It wasn't bad. But nothing special. - Brewpubs Near Me - Huntley, Illinois

This wait staff here are a joke. Was told last call for kitchen was 7:30 by multiple staff, then the waiter changed their mind and said I had 5 minutes for my friends to get here to order which would have been 7:20. My friends drove 45 minutes to get there on time. I'm from out of town and waited a long time to come here. I'll never be back. Terrible customer service read more

We had a nice stop at More Brewing after a family visit to Tom's! We were treated kindly with our children, the food was good, the service was great, and we were able to take some beers home! The place is spacious and has a very relaxed atmosphere! I would absolutely come again! read more

Sever was a little overwhelmed so service was not timely. The jalapeño popper nachos were the best nachos I ever had. Buffalo wings were fantastic also. Beer was great as usual. read more

More Brewing has decent beer, ok food, but their service is not that great. It's not that they don't have enough staff, they are just so focused on serving beer, that the food service part is slow. We waited over 45 min for appetizers and we actually think our waiter forgot to put the order in because miraculously our entree order came out not even 5 min after they brought our appetizers. He told us he would check to see what was taking so long, but he didn't, we watched him go deliver multiple trays of beer and never once go check on our appetizers. My husband and I did like going there and we had taken others there but after this time, we are done driving 45 min for bad service with expensive ass food. It's not worth it. And if you want a cocktail, they aren't that good. They should stick with just beer, it's pretty decent beer. read more

Hey Ross, Maybe I can stop in and spend more time with feedback. Appreciate you getting back to me. I will make a point of coming back to see how another visit feels. Maybe I missed something. read more

Update to the old review, still horrible service and mediocre food. Beer is still good, but they decided to punish patrons ever further by automatically adding %20 gratuity for groups of 6 or more and not allowing the check to be split. For a brewery, there is no option to just come in and have beer. You are forced in to their "restaurant". read more

We had such a disappointing experience unfortunately. I tried to ask the waitress suggestions on beers to try, but she had none and seemed annoyed that I was asking. The food came out stale and cold, and nothing to brag about. The service was extremely slow for a week night and the only option was to give a 20% tip that was not earned. The food is extremely over priced and not worth it! We had high hopes, but will not be back. read more

Small portions and expensive food. Poor service and the female manager we spoke to was incredibly rude. Beer isn't that great but they have a few good ones. Will never go back here. read more

Hands down some of the best beer there is. Food is always delicious as well. We have noticed the last few times that the service has gone down hill and the bar is missing ingredients for their cocktails. Last time we were there the service was very slow to bring us everything from our water, to drinks, to food, to our bill. Not sure if waiter was new, but the place was not busy for a lunch during the middle of the week. Last few times we have gone, my wife has ordered cocktails off the menu, only to find out after waiting that ingredients needed to make the drink are out of stock, which is frustrating for her since she is not a beer drinker. We will be back to try again as the food and beer are great, but if the decline in service continues we will no longer come read more

If you love craft beers this is the place to be. Large selection and the IPA's are outstanding. Want food, the Nashville Chicken Sandwich, cheese curds or Spicey cheese curds are a must! The customer service is above and beyond but I won't lie and only ask for one server, Christian.
