We highly recommend Moran Construction because they more than met our needs by solving a dinette problem. Nearly all of the wall of our dinette was redesigned and replaced by them. As background, when our house was built in 1987, it was popular to have most of the dinette's wall be like a glass punchout, including a glass ceiling. As our house aged, water-seepage occurred until it became clear a new wall design was needed. Moran Construction listened to our needs and collaborated with us for the best solution. The result was removal of the original glass and ceiling, followed by construction of a new wall that included three windows. A small roof was built that replaced the glass roof. This roof was long enough that it connected to an existing roofline at the kitchen. This solved the water problem. All aspects of this work were handled by Moran Construction. This included teardown, framing, installation of windows, insulating, wall boarding, replacing cedar siding, staining and painting, roofing and gutter installation. Throughout the construction, we were kept well informed. read more
