My latest experience was the tipping point. I placed an online order with an estimated wait time of 15 to 20 minutes. I arrived around 17 minutes later, and they told me it would be ready in a few minutes. I waited, preoccupied with my phone. As more people came in and received their orders, 35 more minutes passed, and I started to get concerned. When I asked about my order, the employee told me it had been ready and was the bag that had been sitting there for over 35 minutes. 35 minutes plus 20 minute estimated time is almost an hour. I expressed my frustration about my food being cold. The bag was falling apart from the steam. The employee apologized, saying he didn't notice because he was in the back. He offered to remake my order, but it was large, and I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. I had to take my cold food and reheat it myself. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I can't recommend this place and will probably avoid Wingstop in the future.
