The restaurant boasts a sophisticated, clean atmosphere with a polished look, golden accents, green furnishings, white tiles, and well-placed lighting. The meat quality was exceptional, and the banchan (side dishes) were delicious, with some options not commonly found at other Korean restaurants. We selected the Smoke Set, which included Prime Ribeye, Outside Skirt, and Inju Steak. All meats were freshly sliced, and the staff kindly explained the best ways to enjoy each cut, even suggesting the optimal temperature. The meats were served on a glass-covered tray with burning charcoal inside, and they expertly grilled the meat at our table using a smokeless grill. Seasoning was light--just a dip in a special salt or a flavorful South American chili sauce with a hint of sweetness and cilantro. The meats were very tender, making this one of the best BBQ experiences we've had in the DMV area.
