The one time they didn't get it right first time it was no big deal and they turned it around immediately with no additional charge. They are also very good at managing expectations. I took in a jacket that had a bunch of stains in it and they said it might not come out, but they managed to get 95% of the stains out. I love supporting small businesses when I can and Berkland is a great example of a local business that gets it very right, all the time.

So as a result I have no shirts for my work trip and will have to pay someone else a premium to do a same day or one day cleaning. I know it's a first world problem, but I can't recommend them.
