When I just went in, the employee, who is not the owner, told me that the date for pick up was to be on the following Saturday. I had confirmed with the owner that it was very important that I pick it up that Saturday, he assured me it would be completed by that time. So as a result I have no shirts for my work trip and will have to pay someone else a premium to do a same day or one day cleaning. I know it's a first world problem, but I can't recommend them.

I brought the pants over on Thursday around noon and I was able to pick them up at 5:30 PM on Friday evening. Many places would probably charge a fee to have a rushed service, but this place was kind enough to do it at regular price. My son wasn't there to try on the pants for them so they just based the measurement off of my markings and it fit perfectly when I picked it up. So glad that I found them and they're super close to home so I didn't have to go far at all.

I was told to pick it up at a certain time, but due to some sort of miscommunication, by the time I arrived the store had already closed early because of the holiday. Since Thanksgiving was the very next day, I figured I was out of luck and started mentally preparing to find a different dress to wear. I called the store anyway and somehow managed to get in touch with the owner. He explained that they had closed early because of Thanksgiving, which I completely understood. But when I told him my situation, he did something I absolutely did not expect. He said he was about 40 minutes away, but insisted on turning around and coming back to the store just so I could get my dress. He drove all the way back, opened the shop for me, and then had to drive another 40 minutes again afterward. I honestly couldn't believe it. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. He went so far out of his way to help me, especially right before a major holiday. Truly 10/10 service. It's their job to give accurate and transparent pricing.
