They are incredibly organized, which makes drop-off and pickup smooth, easy, and stress-free every time. The location is another huge plus--it's right in a super cute part of downtown Lafayette with plenty of shops, cafés, and things to do nearby, so it's actually enjoyable to stop by instead of feeling like a chore. Most importantly, the cleaning itself is exceptional. I brought in my puffer jacket, which can be tricky to clean properly, and it came back looking absolutely perfect. We lived in Lafayette the past three and a half years, and, early on, I turned to Eun (the owner and proprietor) at the family-owned Mama's Cleaners. They do a great job in general, and Eun in particular is friendly, efficient, and keen-eyed when it comes to clothing of all types. She and her husband managed to get some stains out of clothing that I thought might be there for good. Eun is also a talented seamstress: She altered lots of clothes for us, and I know she does a brisk business in Scout uniforms, if you need patches sewn on. I've always thought that the prices were more than reasonable. Excellent location: Near a lot of things (Trader Joe's, CVS, Chase, the post office) that you might be frequenting already. It's nice to have a local dry cleaner that has extended hours for working people with kids. Even better is that there's plenty of parking and and I can bundle doing my grocery shopping and cleaning in the same trip.
