I was fully transparent with what I was looking for and provided the instructions because I knew it was an odd task and I didn't want this to become exactly what it did... After two days and hundreds of dollars, I was left with a barely built and bent gazebo. This included whole pieces not put back on and a giant hole in the mosquito netting. Not only did they not complete the job, they ruined the gazebo. I received no reimbursement of any kind. And on top of everything, they were extremely late showing up both days and communication was terrible. Sucks because they were nice guys in person, but I don't think this is the right career path for them.

Before we could move into our new home my husband passed away suddenly. The movers broke a 70" TV and an entire bedroom set. I also have some white Italian leather chairs to a dinette set that was damaged. Johnathan promised to make it right but it has been months and still nothing. Now he won't even respond to me at all. I can not stress enough that this company is trash. I feel like I was tooken advantage of because I'm a widow. I will be filing a small claims against them Monday morning. He helped us set up the ramp and get the divider out. I was grateful for his help. The only downside of the trailer was that there was a hole in the top of trailer. That hole seemed to be plugged with a piece of carton. So, at some point it must have rained because several of our belongings got wet. One piece of furniture had minor water damage. It was fortunate that the other boxes that got wet had plastic items so nothing else got damaged. Something I would do different next time is look up and check for any holes or leaks in the trailer...
