After two days and hundreds of dollars, I was left with a barely built and bent gazebo. This included whole pieces not put back on and a giant hole in the mosquito netting. Not only did they not complete the job, they ruined the gazebo. I received no reimbursement of any kind. And on top of everything, they were extremely late showing up both days and communication was terrible. Sucks because they were nice guys in person, but I don't think this is the right career path for them.

When they came and got the items the movers had an loud argument which ended with 2 of the movers leaving right in the middle of the move. Before we could move into our new home my husband passed away suddenly. The movers broke a 70" TV and an entire bedroom set. I also have some white Italian leather chairs to a dinette set that was damaged. Johnathan promised to make it right but it has been months and still nothing. Now he won't even respond to me at all. I can not stress enough that this company is trash. I feel like I was tooken advantage of because I'm a widow. I will be filing a small claims against them Monday morning.
