BEST DECISION EVER! From the moment Austin and Drew arrived at our home, they were professional and did a great job of answering ALL (sorry!) my husbands questions and got right to work. The method of cleaning this company uses is fantastic! No ladders banging against your home, no worry for your landscaping. The guys even rewashed a couple of windows because they were not satisfied with how they looked. Very impressed! I have a feeling that he had seldom washed intricately-shaped spindles. At the end of the day we pointed out that he missed some of the surfaces of the spindles. He returned the next day to re-do them (kudos, kudos - we had already paid him). We would have given five stars except for one thing: although he had very conscientiously moved the deck furniture off, he forgot to put the pieces back. (The grill was a bit tricky for us). We will hire him again.
