After 3 attempts, it finally worked. I called B & L to diagnose why my electric bills were so high (unrelated to the hot water heater). Brian not only diagnosed the problem (a setting on my whole house generator), he also discovered the other company's "fix" was to disconnect my fire alarm and use that line for my hot water heater! Brian fixed that quickly, and my home was again safe. They are my "go-to" company for anything electrical.
