I caught a sale and the initial cost of detailing was $85. When I actually got in touch with them,…read morethey told me the job would take 2 to 4 hours and cost $100 because I had a minivan. I was fine with that and set up the appointment! When I got there, due to weather I was five minutes late for my appointment and there was no one there. I tried calling the number on the sign and no one answered, not even Voicemail. I tried calling another number on another sign which had a voicemail and I left a message. Then, in a last ditch effort, I call via another number that I found in a Facebook picture in the background. Finally someone messaged me back and told me to leave my key in the lock box. The lockbox would not close, so I left it in the mailbox instead. At this point I was also told that it would take eight hours instead of 2 to 4, but I was able to accommodate that time change. About two hours later, I got a text that the cost had been increased to $155 and it wouldn't be ready until the following day. At this point I gave up and was offered the opportunity to come get my vehicle. They left the key on the seat of my van even with someone in the office, knowing that the place is in a sketchy area of town this made me uncomfortable. This review has nothing to do with their services as I was not able to actually obtain them. But the fact that the price almost doubled from the original sale price, and the time frame also more than tripled, in addition to the difficulty of getting in Touch with someone leaves me unable to recommend this company.

I paid $180 for that service which is to include washing, "claybaring", waxing and detailing. When told after waiting 4 plus hours that the car was ready, I found it to be very unsatisfactory. The washing was incomplete with obvious areas unwashed and driver and passenger floor pads soaking wet. The manager, Cody, acknowledged the various shortfalls and made efforts to correct the discrepancies which included not applying dressing to tires and other black trim. The excuse provided by Cody was that they had a new washer person who was on his second day. I was not offered any refund, partial or otherwise. After retuning home, I noted other areas (e.g. not cleaned after opening the rear upper tailgate window and dressing not applied to upper surfaces of roof rails). No evidence of any quality control procedures in place to insure a proper job before releasing to the customer. For $180, I expected a first class performance. I have had better results for $50! I hope they improve, but I will not be back.
