We've dealt with West Michigan Carpet for years and have had good service from them. A couple of…read morequotes have taken too much time and have come in too high, but you can work with them. We recently had a horrible experience with Lowe's in Ludington - they had measured and the carpet came in 5 feet too short (feet, not inches) and they didn't come through trying to rectify the problem. Being that we were only up for a scheduled week to complete a farmhouse project, we ran to West Michigan Carpet for help. Dominic, our usual sales person, was out of the office but another team member helped us find a good Shaw carpet in stock and it was installed THE NEXT DAY. They really saved us this time Thank you.

Square footage measurement was less than other companies and things were looking good. Latsch had the best price on the particular Shaw carpet I wanted. BUT, when the official quote was received the install prices were higher than what they originally quoted me on the phone. I called to question this and left a message for one of owners to call me back. I had to call 3 times over a 10 day period before I finally got a return call. The owner was belligerent and wouldn't let me talk. He said he was leery of customers who ask questions like this. Raised his voice and spoke over me... and then said "I think we are done" and hung up on me.
