After experiencing the worst experience of my life at Tom's Place (used car sales men who sells suits), I was so happy to be here. Unfortunately, they didn't have my size, otherwise, I would have gladly paid an extra $400 just to buy a brand name suit with Evan. And surprisingly, the selection of suits (and other clothes and accessories) were very good! Although, they do carry "out of season" clothes, they're just as good as in season, especially with the prices. Definitely recommend checking out!

The outlet is no exception to that rule, just that there appear to be a lot more gaudy units in stock. I happen to like gaudy dress furnishings so we paired well in that regard. Heartland is a crap mall to begin with and I don't think Harry's Outlet brings much of anything to draw me back here.

One a couple shirts, buttons fell off after only a few washes. On another shirt, the button was sewn on securely, but incorrectly. That's fine, in that you'd never really notice unless looking closely, but it speaks to the inconsistency and lack of quality control. A lot of the negative reviews are very negative due to quality or service issues. I think, if you keep in mind that you're getting mediocre quality and mediocre service, you can get very good deals here, but you have to understand that quality and service are both going to be hit or miss.

Ofcourse for this price you aren't getting designer suits but they're surprisingly nice, needed some for a wedding this past summer and because of their sale deals it was really beneficial and lucky that I needed 2 for my sons, so we ended up getting discounts thanks to how many we bought. The sales seem constant, always having some sort of deal on so that's also good. The staff working was actually really helpful, I know nothing about men's clothes or suits and the man working there was very helpful in pointing out what a good fit should look like and all sorts of little details when my sons tried them on so I was thankful for his input. The only thing I would say is watch out on some things like the hoodies with the fleece on the inside they can be not so good quality, we got two of them at the same time we got the suits and they both shrunk in the wash which was probably my fault but it didn't say any special washing directions on the tag and one had started unraveling at a seam the first time it was worn so I had to sew it up a little tighter to ensure the thing didn't fall apart when worn, but that was for nothing as in the end they shrunk after a wash and were too small to wear anymore so had to be donated. The suits however were perfectly fine and I'd recommend to stop by and pick up dress clothes here if you need a suit and don't want to drop a lot of money on it, I certainly wasn't going to spend several hundreds per suit, when I needed 2 of them, on one wedding and no other purpose for them so I'm happy we went here and got them for a deal rather than going to Harry Rosen or something and spending 700$ per suit. Since then, I have been dealing with the associates with alterations to my pants. The original pair which came on Jun 23, the inseam was pulled in way too much in comparison to what I had originally tried on during measurements. The pair of pants was unwearable. I brought it in for alterations to determine if there was enough inseam to open it. I had requested for them to open up the inseam to the fullest extent to see if this would fix the issue (as I have an extremely large hip and thigh area). I came back to Indochino about 2 weeks later only to find that the pants still didn't fit and that they DID NOT alter the pants to the extent of the inseam. At this point, I had requested for them to order me a new pair of pants because the original pair clearly did not have enough material for my legs to fit. They had promised me a new pair of pants will be arranged. I got a call a few days later for me to come back in, only to find the associate notifying me the pair of pants actually have a bit more inseam to pull out. Instead of ordering a new pair of pants like I had originally asked for, my time was wasted going into the store and to try on a pair of pants which I knew would not fit properly. After exhausting their options and repeatedly refusing to accommodate my request, they finally had no option left but to order a new pair of pants, which I had specifically told them to do WEEKS AGO! I had a wedding I needed the suit for on Saturday August 12, 2017, and had told them they better ensure my pants arrive on time prior to the date of the wedding. The wedding has past, and my pair of pants have STILL not arrived to this day! This kind of service from Indochino is completely unacceptable! I had ordered my suit WELL over a month in advance for a wedding and your associates continuously refused to attend to my request for a new pair of pants, causing delay and ultimately attending a wedding without the suit, which was what I had originally went to Indochino for in the first place! I am extremely upset and disappointed in the quality of customer service being provided by a company which prides themselves in their custom made suits.

One of the dresses was originally meant to be in a light color, but plans changed. The dress was ordered and paid for (by my mom), but it was never picked up -- in fact, the store hadn't even received it yet. I asked if I could change the color to black so it would match the other bridesmaids. The owner told me absolutely no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Considering the store made thousands of dollars from us, and this particular dress wasn't in their possession yet, I think it's unfair that I wasn't allowed to make a simple change. A little flexibility would have gone a long way, especially for a bridal party spending this much money. Because of this, I would only recommend shopping here if you are absolutely, 100% certain of every detail before you pay. Once they have your money, there is no flexibility. Sadly, due to how this was handled, I would not recommend Madeline's to others in the future

In addition to what we selected, they brought out other mother of the groom dresses for us to try on based on what they knew would be suitable for our body types. They also made alteration suggestions so that the dresses would meet our vision/comfort level. We never felt pressured to buy or rushed despite the fact that another couple was waiting for assistance. We found 2 suitable dresses each and will be back with our future daughters in law to make the final selection. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!!!
