I ordered the blackened redfish with the white wine lemon butter sauce, loaded mashed potatoes, and roasted Brussels sprouts. Every single bite was incredible! The redfish was cooked perfectly, the sauce was rich without being too heavy, and I literally cleaned my plate, which almost never happens! We also tried the Catfish Acadian, and it was another fantastic Louisiana dish full of flavor. To top it all off, we finished with the famous carrot cake... and WOW! Huge slice, incredibly moist, and easily big enough to share. BRQ delivered on every level: amazing food, generous portions, great service, and a beautiful atmosphere. We had to ask for small app plates, and silverware was not provided at all spots. Dishes were never cleared when bringing additional apps, so we took to stacking and rearranging plates.
