They diagnosed the problem and ordered a new part to fix it, which they said it was something else that needed replaced. We got it home and the problem was very much not fixed. So we took it back for them to fix the actual problem and they made us pay again, even though they are the ones who misdiagnosed it in fixed something that didn't even need fixed in the first place. And sure enough it was an electrical issue like we suggested. I don't typically give bad reviews but it's very frustrating to spend hundreds of dollars and have to go without air-conditioning waiting for parts and waiting for them to get us back in to see us and then just to charge us a bunch of money. Even if they could've given at least a little bit of a discount for making us pay for something that did not need to be fixed would have been nice. At this point, how do you know they aren't misdiagnosing things just to get more money out of people ‍
