Reluctantly, I went in and they took my van for 15 minutes, gave me a quote that was $250 higher than another company. I went to the cashier to pay and the price jumped to $72 and some change. I asked what their tax rate is. He said that the extra $5 was for shop supplies. What shop supplies were used to look at a vehicle? Why wouldn't you tell someone before performing the service? I don't typically give bad reviews but it's very frustrating to spend hundreds of dollars and have to go without air-conditioning waiting for parts and waiting for them to get us back in to see us and then just to charge us a bunch of money.
