They returned to install the faucets. The bill was $815. Total $1,130 !! Really? We called to complain and were told it was a fair price and that they charged $165 hr from the time they left their shop. They did a great job, were finished in just a few hours, and I have a new sewer line working great for less than half of the other quotes I got. Fantastic company and a fantastic crew! **ORIGINAL REVIEW** Terrence and Jacob showed up at 4:30 p.m. to clear my sewer line. They both worked hard in the heat for 2 hours to clear large patch of very stubborn sludge in the line, then refused to charge me because they weren't able to clear the line as promised. They are coming back tomorrow morning with the large hydrojetter to finish the job and charge me once the line is cleared. They were both honest, very nice, communicated clearly, and have been a pleasure to work with. I personally really appreciate this kind of honesty and I reward it whenever I can. I'm going to hire them to fix that belly in my sewer line which is a much larger job with a much higher price tag than what I originally called them for.
