As a paying customer, we shouldn't have to supervise their staff and then pay extra for their mistakes. We even had to supply them with additional parts to fix the issue! Thomas insists that the additional cost he charged us was partly due to shopping for parts, but gathering the tools and supplies for a project is obviously a prerequisite for any paid electrician. He even threatened to pull his electricians from the job if we didn't agree to pay the additional fee. I am appalled with the way he spoke to my father and I am definitely not satisfied with the added cost and stress that was a direct result of their service. Picture attached is the end result of the work, exposed wire, holes, overall, just a mess. Thomas can make all the excuses he wants, but he's not worth the risk for work done to your home.
