In 2013 I injured my lower back at work, two bulging disks (L4-L5 and L5-S11). Saw a chiropractor for a bit, had physical therapy and even saw a neurosurgeon who wanted to do surgery. I said no. After many, many years of chiropractic care with no help, I gave up. Recently, did something to my mid- right side of my back. This is what prompted me to get some help. Fast forward to January 2016. A co-worker referred me to Dr. Scott. I was apprehensive at first. I didn't like the pain involved in chiropractic care. I was promised there would be no pain. Not only was my co-worker right about no pain, Dr. Scott was able to "fix" me in six short visits. Unbelievable. The truth of the matter is prior to seeing Dr. Scott, I had no feeling from my right knee down the outside of the calf and into the right foot. The only feeling in the foot was my big toe. I can now feel everything except my little toe and a small part of the next toe over. I was also having burning, numbness and pain in my left outer thigh after standing for about 10 minutes. I can now stand for over an hour without that pain. On my first visit the pain in both my lower and mid back was above a six. As of today, three or less in pain. I haven't felt this good since 2002. I would highly recommend Moore Chiropractic. Dr. Scott is thorough, explains everything he's doing, gives exercises to help with the adjustment, talks about proper posture and core strengthening. They are caring and willing to work with you regarding insurance or out of pocket payments. Dr. Scott also doesn't believe in making you come back over and over again. Moore Chiropractic is the greatest in every way!! I've gone to several chiropractor's over the years and I can honestly say that Scott is a wonderful holistic chiropractor and the best I've ever been treated by!! From the start Scott took time to get to know me and the issues that were affecting me. I never felt rushed and ALWAYS felt like me and my health were of utmost importance to him. His new approach to chiropractic care is exceptional and got me on the road to recovery in record time and with zero pain! Seriously, why cannot you people be honest? If I am a 3 or 4 minutes late you cannot provide me the care I need? That is completely bullcrap! In my opinion, the reality is that you book so many appointments back to back so that you can maximize your revenues. You don't give two craps about the well-being of your patients and zip through all your follow up appointments . Paying $70 for a 5-10 minute appointment is a heck of a lot and there is nothing miraculous about anything you do. Your clinic had no problem making me wait almost 20 minutes on my last appointment, but if I am a few minutes late you throw me out. You are dealing with people who are living in pain and you should just expect that people like this may not be right on time and should leave a little window open like most other medical clinics do in this country. The reality of the situation is you fill up your schedule completely so that you can make as much money as you can. I guess business is good, so you have no problem being cutthroat and treating patients who hamper your monetary profits . If you were as kind and compassionate as you would say, you would understand that your patients may need a little time or help. Kicking a patient out for being a little late is ludicrous, especially for someone in your profession. I certainly will take your advice on finding another chiropractor.. I am one of those "old school" type that was quite frankly, a little scared to visit a chiropractor ... I had only been to one appointment a few years back with a chiropractor in the Phoenix, AZ area. Needless to say, I found it easier to deal with the occasional tweaks, aches and pains that come with middle age. Then, I met Dr. Scott at a local networking meeting, and his personality and knowledge gave me the courage to try again. All I can say is "wow". I have never met a doctor who takes the time as he does to understand and educate each and every patient. He put me totally at ease, and I have to say, I am now a total convert on how regular chiropractic care can bring such positive affects not only in my back, but in other areas of my body as well! After just a few appointments my husband (who is a former college and semipro athlete) noticed the positive differences in me and has recently started seeing Dr. Scott himself. Like many former athletes who were somewhat hard on their bodies in younger years, he suffers with chronic knee and ankle pain and generally has to spend 30 minutes or so each morning "loosening up". My family & I have always went to Dr. Moore for our Chiropractic needs. When my husband fell on his lower back & hip, I knew he had to get help ASAP since he also has prior back issues from a wreck he was in. Dr. Moore and his AMAZING staff were able to get us in the same day and set up a very effective treatment plan. When we first came in, with each step my husband would moan and groan in agony and was walking hunchbacked. By the end of the second appointment, he was feeling ten times better and walking somewhat normally. We're now in week 2 of treatment and he's saying he's never felt this good since he was in a wreck that happened over 5 years ago. Dr. Moore took time to listen to the problem, explain the treatment plan, and the x-rays thoroughly. He made the time to answer all of our concerns and questions. We will NEVER go to another chiropractor. I have loved my experience at Moore Chiropractic! I went from 10/10 pain in my neck/head to nearly nothing in about 5 weeks. I am working with Scott, who came to me well recommended by my sister and two parents who've worked with him over the years for their body pains/head aches. I have been floored by my experience with him and his office! They are so friendly and the new space is beautiful--modern and chic. But the really important part is the treatments from Scott. They have completely shifted my pain and ability to move again. My pain had gotten to the point where I couldn't exercise at all without a pounding head ache all the next day. Now I am free to move again! I have learned so much about my body, spine, and how my movements affect my overall health and pain level. Five stars aren't enough!! I have visited a few different chiropractic offices on and off for the past 5 years, but the Moore's are definitely my favorite. I have been seeing Kallie for the last couple months, and for the first time since receiving chiropractic care I am finally feeling a difference. I love the fact that before they even begin adjusting you, they sit down and explain in detail why getting adjusted is so beneficial to our every day life. I also think that their receptionist, Alexa, is the friendliest person to work with! Christina, the massage therapist is also phenomenal, and with me being someone who doesn't like getting massages, I think that's a good sign. I recently moved from Olympia to Pullman, but I refuse to see a chiropractor locally. I would rather drive 6 hours for a visit to the Moore's!! read more

Dr. Kallie and Reflexologist Alexa are both AMAZING! They have both created a safe, kind, and caring environment focused around my specific needs! I came to Kallie complaining of knee pain and she got RIGHT to work on my lower back. After working with my back she also realized that my foot tilts out more when I walk and gave me specific instructions on how to correct this! Anytime I have any knee pain she finds room in her busy schedule and gets me right in. Alexa is FANTASTIC! I have VERY poor circulation to my feet, in addition my feet are always ICE cold. Not only did I get my back adjusted and hips realigned, I can sleep through the night, started trail running and no longer get tingling or numbness in my legs. I have used Moore Chiropractic (Scott mostly although treated by Kallie as well with equal success) on multiple occasions with excellent results. I have found their treatment philosophy to be very different from other chiropractors, that I had visited in the past. The doctors gathered detailed information about my particular ailments and injuries, and then focused on improving circulation and alignment. It was refreshing that they didn't simply "Crack and Pop" as other chiropractors have and then just send you out the door. Their approach to wellness and chiropractic treatment is unique and effective in my experiences. I can't recommend Dr. Scott enough! He does a fantastic and professional job - working to figure out what is causing the pain and then adjusting and recommending stretches that will relieve the pain at the source. Using a pain-scale system and computerized charting he tracks your progress on every visit and follows up on each problem area. I have had what I thought was sinus pain and had been treating as sinusitis for over a year with little relief - after several adjustments I am feeling the best I can remember feeling in a long time! I have been going to Kallie for two years. Initially, I had chronic low back pain. Within a few moths it was gone and has not returned. The chiropractors I have seen in the past would pressure me into unnessary tests, like X-rays, but Kallie doesn't. She educates you well with stretches and in understanding your own anatomy. I now see her once a month for maintenance adjustments. I no longer have pain anywhere and realize the value of good chiropractor care on a regular basis. I went to Moore Chiropractic after I was having severe headaches and nothing else was working. It was my first time seeing someone in 6 years.
