Great place. Owner John is so welcoming. Hope you open a spot in Cheshire. Would come back and try the açaí bowl as they make their own açaí in house. Everything very fresh. I got the Golden Milk CBD hot latte -very different. I usually get skim milk but John told me they use Arethusa milk so that wowed me. Pretty cool they offer cbd coffee drinks. I do wish I added a vanilla shot though. I just hate sweet drinks so wasn't sure but I would add a little shot of flavor to this. Had to try the avocado toast as their Instagram says it's "the world's best" lol. Decided to add a fried egg on top. Bread delicious. #13 in my NEW ENGLAND & NY COFFEE SHOP SERIES Such a lovely place to grab a coffee, juice, or açaí bowl. They have plenty of seats and places to do work, study, or chat with people. Plus the space brings in huge lighting which is a plus. I decided to try their speciality lattes which include their homemade almond milk and it was great! Honestly very strong. I got the juice truck latte w/ pistachio almond milk. I recommend getting just regular or vanilla almond milk instead haha. The pistachio over powered the espresso but it was still enjoyable. They also have other cafe drinks as well as juices. Overall pretty pricey and I would only go back if I was in the area. read more

I was drawn to Moon Shots because of their cold pressed juices. They pride themselves in serving vegan, organic and local ingredients. Along with the presses juices, they offer homemade almond milk, juice cleansers, coffee, smoothies, fruit & granola bowls, and toasts. All fresh and nutritious. A lot of their items do contain almonds so please advise if you or you bring someone with a nut allergy. They do have other milks for their coffee, lattes, and smoothies too (farm fresh milk or oat milk) since most of their signature items have almond milk. The Moon Shots cafe is very open, spacious and a lot of natural lighting. There is an entrance in the front and back. The decor is industrial meets boho with brick, mixed metals, organic shapes, wood and plants. It's a lovely vibe and a nice place to chill. I got two cold press juices, Gold Rush and Big Red Punch. The Gold Rush was my favorite. Inside was orange, pineapple, carrot, golden beet, turmeric, apple. I definitely tasted the carrot and turmeric, but the natural sweetness from the fruit balanced well. Apparently, there are 4 lbs of produce and packed in this little bottle. My brother who was with me tried the Very Cherry smoothie. He said it was good and finished the whole thing--so he liked it. It had MoonShots' vanilla almond milk, cherries and strawberries. The polite young lady that helped us was really nice and informative, especially helping us out pick out a drink for my brother. The pressed juices are conveniently in a refrigerator in the front to grab along with other packed and to-go items. I highly recommend giving Moon Shots a try for a nutritious treat or if you're looking to eat healthy. I'm looking forward to visiting again. The London Fog Latte is calling my name! read more

I just don't know. I was given a $10 gift card, so here I am trying Moonshots out. I stopped in say 6-8 months ago for a London Fog Tea, it was well over $5. Today I stopped in to use the remaining balance of the card on a hot green tea. The employees there, both occasions now, do not greet you. You stand there for a bit while they prepare other customer's orders and eventually remark that they'll be right with you. (Or perhaps today this was said because they spotted me snapping a few photos) The decor is minimal. A bit bland. Empty in the center. Somewhat dark. Oddly tranquil. The place is adorable, honestly not what I was expecting given the quirky sign outside. I like the mixture of colors and textures in this establishment, I could definitely have a date here or catch up on school work. It's versatile, and located next to a fitness place also. Staff friendly, and gave great recommendations. The smoothie was amazing, I got the very cherry. The texture of it was on point, and they know what they are doing. I hate when I get a smoothie and there are chunks, or it's too runny. But here that will never happen, the blenders are perfect and the staff are pros with their craft. Will definitely be back! One of the best places for a quick bite and refreshing drink. I'm always here to relax and chill a bit after a nice workout at planet fitness gym down the street, before going to work. There's always nice, upbeat music there and staff is always polite and diligent. I bought 2 lattes they didn't have a tray for me but were generous and creative enough to help me efficiently bring my order out the door. Moonshots is one of the best spots for organic food I've visited to date! Everthing was SO good and so fresh! Seriously impressed by the fact that they had delicious waffles that were organic, gluten-free, and vegan, yet still tasted amazing! Fantastic smoothies and coffee, and my absolute favorite was the Elvis toast with cinnamon maca almond butter on sourdough. The staff was so friendly, and the vibe was like a cafe/coffeehouse - much cozier than many of the juice spots in the state. Was in an earlier today - ordered two egg sandwiches and two smoothies and was charged $60. Prices were outrageous already and now apparently they've decided to raise them another 30%. One of my favorite healthy spots! Moonshots started out as a juice truck that was parked on the Guilford Green and offered locally-made, cold-pressed juices, flavored almond milk, and coffee. They also have a pickup location in Madison where they make all of their products Back in January 2023, Moonshots officially opened a storefront location on Boston Post Rd. in Guilford with cold-pressed juices, coffee drinks, smoothies, acas and pity bowls, waffles, toasts, and more! The inside is decorated very nicely with comfy seating including couches. The owner and staff are also very polite and courteous. I always like to stop in to check out their seasonal almond milk flavors (for example pumpkin spice in the fall, peppermint mocha in the winter, etc.) Definitely would recommend making the trip! read more

I received a gift card for this place so of course I had to use it. So let's give it a try. 1 order of waffles....2 small gf waffles w/ pecans. Ok...they were good. 1 16 Oz. Guilford green smoothie. Ok...it was good. Not that filling for the price and consumed pretty quick. I've had better, bigger, and half the price at other places. 1 Acai bowl. Told good, but Lifebowls is better and less expensive. I HAD a $50 gift card. Now I have a $10 gift card. This order came to $40!!! Beyond expense. Can you imagine paying that price, then when you pay, it has an option for a tip? Lol. I hope those 2 girls are getting paid at least $18 an hour. It's now getting too expensive to even go out for a smoothie or Acai bowl. I'll give the $10 remaining on my gc to someone and hope the best for this place. Food was good. I love this spot and have been coming since before they even had a store front - I ave always come from four towns away. So today when we checked google for their hours and they said 5:30 we came for our fav smoothie but they said they closed 4pm. Which there is a paper sign on the door - please change the main signs and online. We would have made another shop by their closing time in Madison but came here, they were nice enough to let me get some juices but I am not sure I will make the trek all the way on the near future, which is unfortunate. read more

refused to inform us they were closed until after taking my order. the lights were on and door unlocked, more people were walking in confused. no one told me my sandwich i ordered was in grab and go so i waited patiently until they told us to leave. i asked for a refund respectfully because i never got my sandwich. they then gave EXTREME attitude and refused to give a refund as "they had been there all morning and there is no manager". all i had asked for was in writing that the manager would process one. they ended up calling the manager and throwing cash in my face while more people walked in confused !!! pathetic excuse of a restaurant and disrespectful staff to no means. a waste of good coffee and ambiance, i would recommend this place to no one. embarrassed to have brought friends here :( read more

they were supposed to be closed at 3pm today, Sunday but me and my friends were traveling trying to find a cute cafe to sit and read our books. their doors were unlocked and they had customers inside. they took my friends order and she waited 13 minutes for a sandwhich. they "locked" the door while we were sitting and only kept saying "just so yall know we're leaving soon" we had no idea. if they were finishing her order. but they were clearly cleaning. my friend almost couldnt get money back because they didn't have a manager there and me and my other friend had to let other customers know that they were closed because they still don't know how to close their store doors as they said they did while we were sitting in the store. very unprofessional and they probably don't ever lock the doors when they close!! read more
