Before the class started, I heard a couple of the guys there saying they were competitors. I immediately thought, "I'm in over my head," but the class was perfect for a beginner like me as well as the seasoned competitors. By the end of the class, the competitors were amazed by the high level tactics they learned, and I'm amazed at all the things I learned. Harry has a great way of teaching. He frames his stories perfectly and gives will give you some great life lessons in the process. His love for what he does is evident. I highly recommend this class for anyone whether you're a beginner or a competitor.

There is so much more. You learn to love yourself and others. No matter what part of the world we come from we are all the same. Food is one of the best ways to bring everyone together as one. Throughout the class, you get to sample different items. Save room for the huge spread served at lunch. The leftovers are evenly boxed up for everyone to take home. Included in the class is lifetime technical support if you have any questions. You also keep your apron, class book, graduation certificate, leftovers, and a bag of rub for your homework assignment. I highly recommend this class for all. Harry is a genuine person, down to earth, and a funny guy. You will learn so much, enjoy some great food, and have great memories.

Lea was incredibly kind, gracious, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. At one point, we even had to cancel because we were dealing with internet issues at the venue, and she was so understanding. Once we confirmed the event was back on, I reached back out and she made everything seamless. The food was AMAZING. Literally everyone came up to me during the event to say how good it was. People were going back for seconds and asking where the food was from. One of my favorite parts of the experience was getting to give Filipino food space in a corporate setting and seeing how well received it was. Hallelumpia absolutely delivered.

The food was flavorful, fresh, and a hit with the entire family--there wasn't a single dish left untouched. What really stood out was her communication. She thoughtfully texted step-by-step reheating instructions for all the trays we ordered, which made hosting so much less stressful. That level of care and attention truly made a difference.
