Unfortunately, we had to make a claim (no fault of Today's patio) and they quickly approved our request and sent us new chairs today. The delivery drivers (AJ (Aaron) and Jon) called ahead and showed up on time. They introduced themselves, shook my hand and were very professional. It was quickly determined what was loaded on their truck didn't pass inspection. 3/6 of the chairs arrived with damage so we're hoping the next delivery is better.
