Wesley Erwin, the sales rep, set the tone right away--professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me make the right decisions. I am wheelchair bound and not knowledgeable about AZ plants and trees. BUT Wesley took time and care and walked us through every single little question we had with a smile!! Wesley even put me in a UTV vehicle to drive us around the entire lot as we looked and quizzed him!! He is a wonderful man with a big heart and a love for his job! Then came Javi and his planting crew, and that's where things went to another level. Javi may be a young man, but he carries himself with the pride, work ethic, and integrity of an old soul. You can hear it in his voice, feel it in his handshake, and see it in every detail of his work. That kind of character is rare. His crew? Fast. Efficient. Respectful. And genuinely friendly--something you don't always see these days. They worked hard, worked smart, and treated me with real care and respect as a disabled veteran. This week I snagged some guara, hummingbird bush, and a gorgeous pink trumpet vine that's actually not toxic to pets (as most trumpet vines are). The staff all seem very knowledgeable and are really helpful. There are two older gentlemen that walk around and are always especially kind and helpful. There are some chickens clucking about and if you go in the indoor plant area you can meet parrots Jack and Diane who are happy to have a chat with you. There's also a huge selection of pottery.

Moon Valley did not sell and plant healthy yellow bells 2 years ago in my front yard. They have on…read more2 occasions replace some of the yellow bells. They are still ugly and look sick and have little growth in 2 years. They are watered and fertilized on a schedule and receive moon juice too. Nothing works to help them. The rose bushes I removed to make room for the yellow bells 2 years ago are starting to emerge under moon valley "inferior yellow bells" and look healthy.
